    I've been using Apple products for years now, and honestly, I keep coming back for a reason. There's just something about the way everything works so smoothly together, my iPhone, MacBook, AirPods, even my Apple Watch. What I appreciate most is the attention to detail. Whether it's the clean design of their devices or how intuitive iOS feels, it just makes tech feel less stressful. The service at the Apple store Millenia is a amazing the attention they give to the customers is incredible and the information they give is really helpful if u want full detail

    This is crazy. Had to bring in airpods. When you finally get in , you have to sit at a table for a long time before someone comes to you even though you have an appointment. Many employees walking/standing around. They need a better system.

    It has the usual pristine and sterile feel that this chain is known for. Everything is white or natural wood and it's inviting to go in. The biggest issue is the crowds. It's forever busy, and I mean to the point there's a wait outside to get inside busy. I don't mind popping in here to see what they have and just look, but the crowded nature of it is off putting, and not for me. The staff is always caught up with customers so asking questions is pretty much a no go despite how many employees they have there. Overall: B Busy and crowded so o rarely go, but it's nice and shiny like all the chain locations.

    This was our first visit to this location and they were just as busy as the other ones. We walked in and I spoke to one of the salesmen about exactly what we wanted and he sent us to get in line. We spoke to the next person at the front of the line and told them exactly what we wanted and they had us wait to get to a salesman. When we got to the front of the line we spoke to the young lady there and as soon as the salesman was available she assigned us to him. A very efficient system actually considering how busy Apple stores can be. The salesman we were assigned to was "Ron" and he did an excellent job and was very patient with us during the extremely long time we were there. Everything was going great and quickly until he went to add the phone to a line on my T-Mobile account. Their system showed my account blocked so I had to call T-Mobile to get it taken care of. Between the two of us we explained to the T-Mobile rep on the phone at least five different times exactly what it was doing and what we were trying to do and for whatever reason they just did not seem to understand. Finally we were settled on putting the SIM chip in that I had from T-Mobile for an active line and while we were setting up paying for the phone so we could put the chip in T-Mobile called me back to go over our issue one more time. According to the rep in the end they just had to do an update on my account to make it work but I don't know why that took almost an hour. Ron was able to process the sale and we installed the chip and went through the process of transferring information from one phone to another and running the update on the system and then we tried the phone and it worked great. Personally I'm not much of a fan of the prices at Apple but we have never had an issue with them that couldn't be taken care of. Employees are always friendly and there's always someone in the store that can answer the odd question you might have. We were extremely satisfied and the new kid in the house was using the phone is thrilled to have an upgrade from their old one that they had to return. If you like Apple products or if you want to try them I can definitely recommend it if you can afford it. We were well taken care of here and when we left we were satisfied with the experience with Apple. T-Mobile might be a little shaky for me but I can usually find someone to take care of any problem I have with them as well.

    I have been shopping at this location for years. I am a huge fan of Apple products and like the customer service at this location. It's a super busy location being inside of The Mall at Millenia but it is also one of the largest that I have shopped in. I usually call ahead of time to make an appointment and can get same day service. I highly recommend that you purchase apple care on all of your phones and computers. It is a must because when one of your apple products goes down for a repair it is going to cost you big. There is no getting around the high cost of repair. The other recommendation is to check periodically for recall repairs. I've been a customer for many years with the same address and phone number since my very first purchase and have never been notified about a problem with a purchased item. Twice I had to find out the hard way. I recently stopped in to purchase a new laptop. My old MacBook Pro lasted long enough to impress. I loved it until I didn't. I walked in without an appointment just before Christmas and received lightening fast service. I was back in my car with my new purchase within 30 minutes.

At my original appointment on April 7th at 5:40 PM, Keenan immediately came across as disinterested and dismissive. Before even properly assessing my issue, he brushed me off and said they might not be able to fix it anyway and that I'd probably be better off going directly to Apple. On top of that, I was then told the specific technician I needed was no longer there--even though the system allowed me to book that appointment time. So I was turned away entirely. I returned on April 15th, mistakenly thinking it was my rescheduled date. Despite that, the associate working that day was incredibly kind and tried to help me. She couldn't fit me in, but she made the effort and scheduled me properly for April 16th. She was a complete contrast--professional, helpful, and actually cared. When I came back on April 16th, I was once again helped by Keenan. The experience was just as disappointing. He had me sit and wait, and when he finally addressed me, he told me my AppleCare had expired the day before and that I'd now need to contact T-Mobile or go to Apple. This was extremely frustrating, because if I had simply been helped on my original appointment date, this would not have happened. What stood out the most was his attitude throughout both interactions--dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacking any sense of urgency or accountability. It felt like he had no interest in assisting customers at all. This isn't a reflection of the entire Geek Squad team, as the associate I met on the 15th was great--but Keenan's behavior was consistently poor across multiple visits. Based on my experience (and similar feedback I've seen from others), this is something that seriously needs to be addressed.

So after 23 years we decide to try another provider to see if we get better service. In an emergency, if internet goes down (wi-fi calling only here) then we have no contact with the world. So T-mobile was very nice on the phone when cancelling. They told me the final bill would not be pro-rated, which sucks, but okay. Today I get the bill and they charged me $75 for the same bill I have been paying $50. I can only assume they pulled all promo rates and billed at the max, but still can't figure out how they got a $60 plan to $75. There was a good chance we would have gone back to T-Mobile after our trial with another carrier. That ship has now sailed. I know this has not been the old T-Mobile for years, that had great, in-country support and took care of any issues. Those days were gone and now so are we PERMANENTLY!

However, T-Mobile only cancelled my main cell phone number and continued billing me for two additional lines, even though I am already paying for those same services through Spectrum. I spent three hours on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue. I was told that I should have cancelled each line separately, even though I specifically asked the representative on 08/07/2025 to cancel all lines. At that time, I also paid the balance owed on my iPod line. Despite this, I was informed yesterday that the two remaining lines are still active and will only be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, which is why T-Mobile continues to charge me. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and financial burden. I am requesting that T-Mobile immediately cancel the remaining lines and stop billing me for services I did not authorize. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida, and encouraging friends and family to reconsider their service with T-Mobile.
