    I walked in to purchase a pink iMac M4 I was there for almost 40 minutes... green shirts literally looked me in my face and said nothing! Horrible! It was all good I went online to navy exchange website and purchased iMac! Idk if it was discrimination thinking that black ppl don't spend money but I'll never go to this place! It's 2026 do better!

    Everything went good with my visit. The wait was long as it always is but it's to be expected. Great location, easy access to try out and compare the latest devices as well as super friendly and knowledgeable techs. Angelica did a wonderful job handling my audio issue with my ANC AirPods.

    I needed to come to the Apple Store due to someone stepping on an EarPod when I lost it. I made an appointment and arrived to see controlled chaos. This place is very overwhelming and chaotic. There is long wait times even if you have an appointment to see a genius rep. The employees are doing their best to serve each person but for each dedicated service this causes long wait times. I came on a Saturday afternoon so this may be prime time and off hours possibly early in the morning may possibly be better.

    Needed help with a new IPad. It was a bit of a complicated issue when I paired it with an old Ipad. I knew customer care over the phone would not be helpful. So I went to the store as soon as they opened. I did not have to wait long. Breona was assigned to help me & she resolved my issue within 15 minutes. She was patient & helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

    4 stars because employee Solomon was absolutely amazing, quick, he knew what he was doing, he was friendly, very handsome and the best part was that he was smiling throughout the whole service. I purchased a 2023 macbook air in soace gray and i am in love with my new baby. I can finally say goodbye to my 2012 macbook air THANK YOU SOLOMON Now the reason I don't give this store 5 stars is because there's no way you guys have this many employees chatting with each other and my mom and I literally sat and wait for neatly two hours for someone to help. I asked 4 different times if someone was going to help us and i got the run around. We almost leave but solomon done saved you all because if I would've walked out this review would've had 1 star. Yes I understand this is a busy location but like i said it was way too many employees chatting and standing around helping no one. So do better! Do it like solomon because he did his big one and he should be the training manager, give him a raise and promotion asap.

    I had a recent Apple Genius Bar appointment at the Apple Store located in the St. John Town Center because I needed assistance with updating my computer to the newest software program. I don't enjoy doing it over the phone since I am computer illiterate so I decided to go to the store. To set up the appointment, I requested a chat with a representative and then asked the phone representative to set up an in-person appointment with me (which was very simple). They had appointment available all hours (morning/ afternoons and evenings) and for every day of the week. I do advise to go during regular working hours like in the am on the weekdays because there will likely be less people throughout the store. I was assisted promptly by Edgar who is an Apple. He was so sweet and patient with me. Walked me through the installation process and was capable of doing the software install in 30 minutes versus the 5 hours it took me to try to install the software from home. But it wouldn't download and that was because I didn't have anymore space on my hard drive. As the software was downloading, I asked about all the Apple iPads and found one that I wanted to buy my father for Christmas that was a reasonable price of $300. Thank you Edgar for being an amazing Apple genius and being so kind and patient with me! You're the best!

    They gave me a free iPhone 17 512GB VERIZON just because I went there I suggest you go there for a iPhone 17 I'll go there again definitely.

    Yes you need an appointment to have something repaired or to make a purchase unless you want to purchase only accessories. Walk in appointments are possible but unlikely if coming in after 5pm.
