He and his staff are professional, informative, and kind! I have some anxiety towards root canals because I had a bad experience years ago. Dr. Bramy ensured me I'd feel no pain and patiently explained the procedure before he started. I was done within an hour and there were no issues. The second visit was what my dentist (and I) thought was going to be another root canal about a year later. Dr. Bramy uses state of the art equipment and after doing the scans, assured me my tooth did not need a root canal. I can't tell you not only how relieved I was, but mostly how much I appreciated his sincere honesty! Fast forward to yesterday: I saw Dr. Bramy a few weeks ago and indeed did need another root canal. The soonest they could get me in was a few weeks later. A few days ago I called and explained the constant pain I was experiencing, so I was put on a cancellation list. Christy from Dr. Bramy's office called yesterday and said they could get me in that day. Dr. Bramy started with the usual numbing procedure, and came back 15 minutes later to check and see how I felt. My tooth still hurt, so he administered more. Again, 15 minutes went by and the tooth still hurt, so he gave me more. Fifteen minutes later, it was better but he will not start until you can feel no pain and I especially appreciate that! He then did some different kind of numbing procedure. That almost did it, but again, he isn't satisfied until you are completely numb. The last one finally did the trick. I want to emphasize, I didn't feel rushed at all. He also never expressed frustration, only patience and kindness. His assitant was also so comapssionate. The roots on this molar were difficult to get to but Dr. Bramy and his assitant worked flawlessly together. They also do another scan after the prodedure to make sure it was successfully completed. I definitely recommend Dr. Eric Bramy and his staff very highly!

I had several conversations last week with a young lady That…read morescheduled my appointment, verified my insurance info and my co-pay range. I went in this morning at my verified time, 1050am. When I arrived, the receptionist told me she didn't have an appointment for me and her and one of the Dentist' told me I was more than likely at the wrong location. I verified that location was the number I called multiple times, and then she realized my name was just misspelled in their system, and my appointment time was actually 1pm. I drove 25 minutes back home, no problem. I arrived at 1, completed new patient paperwork and was taken back for an X-ray and for the dentist to go over the root canal plan with me. Before starting, the receptionist came back and let me know that my insurance wasn't actually accepted here, and that generally they take Dental Care Plus, but not the specific plan I had. So I called a total of 6 times in a week period. I provided my insurance details and verified my out of pocket cost. I verified my appointment time, 2 separate times. I took an entire UNPAID day off of work for a root canal and now have to take another day off at a later date. Once I verified my oop cost over the phone, I verified that this was an appointment for the root canal, because I had 2 other appointments, the ONLY other appointments I could find throughout every single in-network provider for me. She verified. I cancelled my other appointments because I felt this was a nicely reviewed place; now I'll be waiting until mid- January for another appointment elsewhere. I was a little nervous finding a new dentist since moving to the area two years ago and I am so thankful I ended up here. From the first phone call with the receptionist, to seeing the hygienist and the doctor, to the final checkout the whole experience was AMAZING.
