I've visited my fair share of dental offices. Dr. Phuoc Tran's West Chester Family Dentistry office…read moreblow everyone else out of the water. Firstly, the building is owned by Dr. Tran himself. Thus, the entire area is kept clean and pristine. The waiting room has a giant aquarium which takes up about half of the wall. It's a salt water tank with many fishes that'll remind you of Finding Nemo! (His kids had a hand in picking these out). Also, there's plenty of refreshments available to you on arrival. My personal favorite is to monopolize the keurig machine and snag a mocha flavored k-cup. The receptionists here are warm and happy. Always energetic, they seem genuinely interested in engaging in conversation. The dental hygienists are equally as fun, making a dreaded visit to the dentist not so bad. The chairs and TV themselves are new and up-to-date. I could easily fall asleep in one of those things while staring at the tv directly above me. Quite pleasant. Dr. Tran is amazing. He's very approachable and amiable. He's always engaged in his patients and is getting life updates. Note: if you want to get him riled up, challenge him to a table tennis match!

She told them they were hurting her. I think they are trying to make them fail. They are ass holes. Please don't go there. From what she says she hardly never sees anyone in the waiting room but they always say they are booked. It took my friend a long time to decide to do this because of her fear of dentists. They make her look worse then before she got hers done. it isn't her fought they don't measure and center her teeth right. They are suppose to know how do do this or just can any dentist do this. From the super friendly front desk, ease of scheduling (I gmail-ed with the scheduler back and forth), comfy chairs and engaging staff, my experience here has been pretty great. I think my favorite part is the emphasis in engaging and teaching the patients. We know you're supposed to brush your teeth and floss but both the hygienist and Dr. Tran took the time to sit and explain everything to me.

I really like her and the way she does my facials. She's super good and takes great care of my skin. This was my first time visiting Maddi at this location. This visit I got the Dermaplane facial. All of their facials are 45 minutes. Maddi does the facials in a cute, little, spacious room in a chair that folds all the way back. My facial was amazing and I can always see a difference working with Maddi. I try to go once a month, but lately it's been once every other month. By the time I go get a facial my skin really needs it. Overall, I'm excited to see how this location's esthetics program grows. Certainly go and give Maddi a visit.

I had several conversations last week with a young lady That…read morescheduled my appointment, verified my insurance info and my co-pay range. I went in this morning at my verified time, 1050am. When I arrived, the receptionist told me she didn't have an appointment for me and her and one of the Dentist' told me I was more than likely at the wrong location. I verified that location was the number I called multiple times, and then she realized my name was just misspelled in their system, and my appointment time was actually 1pm. I drove 25 minutes back home, no problem. I arrived at 1, completed new patient paperwork and was taken back for an X-ray and for the dentist to go over the root canal plan with me. Before starting, the receptionist came back and let me know that my insurance wasn't actually accepted here, and that generally they take Dental Care Plus, but not the specific plan I had. So I called a total of 6 times in a week period. I provided my insurance details and verified my out of pocket cost. I verified my appointment time, 2 separate times. I took an entire UNPAID day off of work for a root canal and now have to take another day off at a later date. Once I verified my oop cost over the phone, I verified that this was an appointment for the root canal, because I had 2 other appointments, the ONLY other appointments I could find throughout every single in-network provider for me. She verified. I cancelled my other appointments because I felt this was a nicely reviewed place; now I'll be waiting until mid- January for another appointment elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Communication is absolutely horrible and not one single employee at this practice could apologize for any of this. Absolute 0/10
