Within just eight days of attendance, my child experienced three separate safety incidents, including insect bites, injuries, and inadequate supervision. Despite being reassured that corrective steps would be taken, the same unsafe situations continued, even after I was told certain children would be separated to prevent further harm. Due to these repeated safety issues, I had no choice but to withdraw my child immediately. I later requested reimbursement for the registration fee and two unused days of tuition, as my decision to withdraw was based solely on safety concerns, not a change of preference or childcare provider. The center denied reimbursement, citing a "two-week notice" policy a policy that should not apply in cases where a child's safety is at risk. After providing documentation and explaining the situation clearly, I was promised follow-up. However, after weeks of waiting, they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. As a parent, I find this unacceptable. When a childcare center fails to uphold its basic responsibility to ensure a safe environment and then ignores legitimate refund requests, it raises serious concerns about their accountability and integrity. I am sharing my experience to help other parents make informed decisions. I sincerely hope the center improves its safety practices and communication with families.
