CLEAN, SPACIOUS, & CONVENIENT! Alliance has proven helpful during many urgent care visits. I recently came in during a bad case of the flu and they gave me the proper remedies I needed. The wait time was reasonable and the check-in process was amazing. The lady at the desk was a little too snarky for my taste, but the phone check-in was easy to complete! I uploaded my information over the phone in less than 7 mins, it beats writing everything down! The doctor was kind, he seemed a little awkward at first but he was nice. I got a toradol shot per his recommendation and it definitely helped during my first night of recovery. The MA's and CNA's are always super kind, I love their bedside manner and customer service. My prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy and without issue! Overall, I like Alliance! Could the chairs need a revamp or replacement? Yes! However, I'm comfortable here, and it's a reliable clinic, so I'm willing to put up with the damaged furniture. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk at this urgent care. The staff member I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to ask about a $120 charge and request a refund receipt. I was told my chart had been deleted because I "wasn't seen," yet I was still charged and never received a receipt for the payment. When I asked for documentation or proof of the refund process, I was told there was nothing they could provide and that it would take about 3 days. The only "solution" offered was to give me billing's phone number. She then asked in a rude tone if that was "okay," which felt condescending -- as if I had a choice when that was the only option given. When I responded that I didn't really have another option, she replied, "yep, that's all I can do." The entire interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending for a simple billing question. read more

I came in for an infection in my leg. The wait was very long and a patient cut in front of me and they took her in first. The doctor was not thorough and only came in for five minutes, looked at it and gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Then a month later I get a $45 charge from them and overdrew my account. Called them and they were very rude and said they're allowed to charge even though they did not tell me or say anything about an extra charge. I would not go here. read more

Needed to find a Doctor for this nagging cough. I just moved into this area 3 months ago so I don't have any idea in what and who is who. This place has plenty of parking and the front staff were very friendly and helpful. My waiting time was about 15 minutes. The PA and the Doctor were very helpful and able to determine my condition and able to prescribe me what I needed. The place is clean and very well managed. They have a pharmacy in the same building. If you are a walk-in, be prepared for a 90-120 minute wait. The administrative side is handled well, but my clinical experience was mixed. Having dealt with infected preauricular cysts for years, I usually find that doctors are unfamiliar with the condition. This doctor was fast--perhaps too fast--and the consultation felt a bit 'in and out.' On the plus side, he was willing to try a course of antibiotics first per my request. I hope the treatment is effective, as I felt the communication could have been more thorough. read more

Got treated the absolute worst today! I get tonsillitis a couple times a year. came into urgent care barely able to talk, and ended up arguing with this doctor without her even looking at my throat. she was asking why i think i have strep and who told me that? i ended up breaking down in tears towards the end because i'm in pain and arguing with a doctor that hasn't even looked at my throat and thinks i'm lying..... i will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I took my 2 young children in to Alliance Urgent care in Hemet CA on 6/8/2024 for severe sinus infections lasting more that 4 weeks. The were rudely greeted without being treated by Levon, Thomas PA. This is our first encounter with this Ninja in 8 years. He was extremely unprofessional and refused to look at their 8 years of medical files documented at this facility! His finding and diginosis were clear abnormalities of fluid in sinuses and in both ears of both children. LEVON, THOMAS also declined to evaluate the second child for symtoms of croup. His best recommendation way to prescribed over the counter medication that each child has been regilous consuming with worsening symptoms and visible discharge in both children. In my opinion he refused to properly treat each child based on his findings and his lack of a medical professional understanding in his line of work. I will definitely be filling a claim to address Levon, Thomas's negligence to all those associated with keeping him employed. If you or you loved one is seeking urgent medical attention, I would highly recommend another urgent care facility to be treated at. Your time and last bits on energies will be completely wasted at Alliance Urgent Care in Hemet and all other medical facilities associated with Mr.Thomas's wack medical decisions. Something has changed with their service and/or their staffing. Used to be they were relatively reasonable with their wait times. Now, unless you have hours upon hours to sit in their waiting room, and then in the exam room, to then spend maybe 5 minutes with the provider....I'd recommend seeing if your regular physician has walk in hours. You'd likely get seen faster than at Alliance. On the plus side, their waiting room is huge....to hold all of those waiting....and very clean. read more

I was in town and had a medical issue that needed attention so I walked into this place and was welcomed by two young ladies that was very professional and took my info. Within 5-10 minutes I was seen by a nurse who was also very nice and professional who took my vitals and asked me about why I was there. About 5 minutes later Doctor Abigail Kent walked in and introduced herself and asked all the right questions and came up with a diagnosis and wrote me a prescription. very conveniet location. front office very proficient. the P.A. walked in waving my file from my previous visit FIVE YEARS AGO stating they didn't get all the cancer. Now, wouldn't you first ask what was done after that five years ago visit? A lab would have provided a more accurate diagnosis...instead the person, possibly Conner, was more law enforcement than objective. he actually tsked me on the way out. I personally had a wonderful experience here. I recently went in for an infected insect bite on my leg, and wasn't really sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the place clean and spruce in appearance and the service professional, with friendly, courteous staff. I was a bit hesitant to come here, but my regular doctor was away and his staff recommended Alliance. The waiting room was not crowded and I was seen within half an hour and given a prescription to pick up at my regular pharmacy. I would definitely recommend Alliance Urgent Care. read more

If I could give no stars I would!! We have been to this office before and would only have to pay our $20 copay. After waiting for an hour just to be check in, I was shocked when she told me I owed $99.00 for the visit!! When asked why it was so much she said it is because they now go off of the deductible if you have a PPO! No signs posted anywhere stating their new policy. I would have driven to Temecula to go to their 24 hour urgent care there, but we had already been there an hour and my daughter was miserable. And to top it off was told by the PA she needs to see her pediatrician. I will NOT be returning to this urgent care. Such a waste of time and money!!! Update: After speaking with my insurance company it turns out the Urgent Care was in the wrong for charging the $99.00. When I called them they said yes there is an $85.00 credit on your account. If you have a PPO you only pay your co-pay... period. I asked that I be refunded the money. It took them five months to send the refund check after countless phones calls. First, for the person who has been here numerous times for even minor things for her child, doesn't your family have a doctor? Urgent Care visits are a lot more expensive than a family doctor visit. Now to my own review. Cut a little close with the mandolin and cut tip of finger preparing dinner. Everyone was very efficient and took care of me immediately. I have been here over 5 times and each time I receive poor treatment. I went in this past Tuesday and I told the intake nurse that I had a cough but she waited till I had been sitting in the waiting room a half hour before kicking me out, I had to sit on the stairs cuz there were no chairs in the hallway. I didn't even get time with the Dr. They sent a Physicians Assistant to look at me and he was so afraid I had Covid he didn't examine me properly. How are you supposed to check someone's sore throat if you are a foot away? The Covid test came back NEGATIVE but they still didn't prescribe me the correct medicine. If I can give this place NO STARS I WOULD! Just the fact that the front office lady was the rudest since I walked in. I walked in an 435pm to check in my 4 month old. She said they weren't taking anymore patients because they were busy that all the rooms were taken, when there was only 1 car in the parking lot!! I work im the medical field for over 10 years and an urgent care must take walk ins untila losing! Especially if there was no one in the lobby nor "busy" then she said that the doctors don't see infants! Another lie. Their website clearly says they see infants, children, all ages! Went there twice to get my Rapid Covid Test. My daughter went in twice as well. The ladies are so nice up front. I wonder how they keep their cool when morons come in asking stupid questions and behaving like the world revolves around them. That job is definitely not for everyone but they do it professionally and knowledgeable and I appreciate that. People, don't expect to go in and get cheap services. It's an urgent care...it's not cheap...it's fast and convenient and there is a cost for that. Don't take it out on the poor girls just trying to get you seen by a Dr. They don't make the price list. If you use your insurance, then know your insurance policies. Don't yell at them for what your insurance makes you pay. If you're out of network, you're going to pay more...that's how it is. Don't want to wait an hour or more to be seen??? Make an appointment or arrive early. Not their fault. I sat there for 2 hours, patiently waiting my turn because I showed up at 11:00 and was prepared to wait. I saw so many people come in and get frustrated (sometimes really pissed off) by them because 1.) they didn't want to pay the cost of their treatment 2.) they just assume that because they have insurance, they shouldn't have to pay anything 3.) the wait was too long. Worst clinic in town. Checked-in for drug screening. Called in ONE HOUR for my screening (for people who don't know, "drug screening" is to urine in a cup). Exactly ONE HOUR. I asked why the long wait. The MA said they are busy. Really? Becuz it took me 2 mins to pee and 2 min for paperwork. SoOoOo that means there has to be at least 10 people before me. Let's do the math: 4 mins x 10 people = 40 mins. Don't lied to the patients, more importantly don't keep the patients wait when it's not necessary. Seriously worst service ever. BEST URGENT CARE I HAVE BEEN TO in HEMET!!! They got me in for an infected abscess and treated me with so much respect and made sure I was comfortable. They literally were minutes away from closing and could have easily turned me away. The dr even got me in a couple days later for a post check. The whole staff was so nice and went above and beyond both times I was seen. My Dr. Wasn't open on a Saturday so I googled urgent cares and found this one...I felt like a truck hit me and needed something to make me feel better. the place was really clean the staff was very sweet (they even gave me a glass of water as I was coughing so bad) the Dr. I felt listened to every symptom I was trying to explain to him...the receptionist was very welcoming maybe I got a good one or maybe that guy doesn't work there anymore.....I was in and out in no time, turns out I had a really bad sinus infection.
