They got me checked in quickly, kept me calm throughout the process, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I received wound care, sutures, and a tetanus shot, and I was especially impressed by the doctor's warm, welcoming demeanor. She took the time to make me feel at ease, and the sutures she placed were beautifully done. The level of professionalism, compassion, and teamwork I experienced was exceptional. Probably the one of the worse places to go if you're sick. I went into the office bc I felt like my throat was closing up and it's right across the street, I could feel blisters in the back of my throat and had an inkling that I had strept, covid something of that sort. I felt horrible. I was sick for over a week and it hadn't gone away and progressively got worse. I got sent into a room and when the 'Dr' came in, she looked at me asked why I was there, after I explained SOME of the symptoms, she checked my temp, looked in my ears and then said "ok well I believe you have a sinus infection, your meds will be ready for you in about an hour at the cvs ok" ... that was literally It. Did not even LOOK at my throat once. No swab, no tests of any kind. This has to be malpractice, how can you diagnose and give medicine without even examining? Insane. read more

When I called to recover my ID and son's medical card they have no record of having it or was it even scanned in . Most professional office ever will never come back here again . I've done my covid-19 testing here and they do not disappoint. you must set up an appointment @ their website though, so you cannot call them for appointments. my first testing results came out in 2 weeks, but my 2nd and 3rd; it would show up in 2 days. since the pandemic is increasing, the appointments are taking longer than expected, when you plan to set up an appointment, expect to have your appointments reserve by next week. I have never done my check-ups here though cuz i have a primary doctor @ RUHS. but they accept your IEHP insurance. anyway, one of the ladies there are so nice, i forgot her name, they dont sound mean or give you an attitude, i know how some people can be frustrating but they kept their cool and calm. read more

Hey everyone... I barely want to give this place "A STAR" let alone two, but the nursing staff was amazing, so that's the THE ONLY reason they get that from me... Here's how my visit went as of lately: I will NOT be taking ANY of my children to this urgent care anymore. Last night that doctor was a complete hack. He didn't seem to be concerned about my toddler's condition, he chalked it up to some COVID variant bullsh*#, and we had to press him to test my daughter for a UTI, then when he did return to the room, he was shocked as Hell at the results. Almost as to be saying "well would you look at that!?" Let's not forget he tried to issue an "adult strength dose" of her medication to MY toddler. I'm just relieved the pharmacist caught that because my daughter could've been in some serious trouble if we gave her those meds as they were prescribed. Never again! read more

Very pleasant place. Front office staff are very very pleasant and a relief from typical front office staff. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that ONLY PATIENTS are allowed into the room. I don't agree with that bullshit policy. I've never seen or heard of a healthcare facility deny a patient's family member or spouse from entering the room. Sounds like they're trying to hide something. From my wife's thoughts, the doctor was thorough, very respectful and sincere. No issues there. Overall a perfect place for urgent care EXCEPT for the retarded rule about spouses or a family member. I registered late Friday PM and received website and email confirmations for first COVID vaccination at 08:35AM, Saturday. My name was not in the print out. So the staff was flexible: after filling out 2 page form, I was vaccinated. CYNTHIA, ROSIE, the RN in charge of post vaccination debriefing were ALL WERE EXCELLENT and SERVICE ORIENTED and extremely patient with the vaccination clients. Front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and stood in front of both ladies and was never greeted back or acknowledged. I said hello good afternoon and no answer. I repeated myself two more times and after the 3 she was forced to say hello and acknowledge me like a human being. I gave her my ID as an existing patient and I stood there for 5-8 min waiting for my ID back and they both proceeded to talk about another patient who they rejected help to.. after standing in front of them waiting they asked if they could help with me with anything I said she had my ID and I was waiting for it back and they said they would keep it until my visit was over. Took my son in for several symptoms, the physician said his first suggestion would be a referral to the ER based on symptoms however, after evaluation and demeanor (practically unable to keep awake, stomach pain, neck pain, weird noises) the diagnoses a covid test... what the heck?! Really?! After speaking to the treating physician, he said because the clinic doesn't provide any other type of treatment or care i.e, lab work, x-rays, ultrasound etc. they aren't able to assist in any other way. Went straight to the ER.... Also, a mother and son walk in, the mom expresses hepatitis concerns (I guess that's what she was earlier advised), also the child displays visible rashes in the face, nurse has her check in and wait in the lobby, no mask at all (at least as a preventative measure), also this is a medical facility... Went here for my first covid vaccine on Monday. Anahi and Gloria were handling the front desk and were terrific. After you are vaccinated, you need to wait 15 minutes to see if you have any reaction to the shot. My shot (Pfizer) was painless. There are a lot of people in and out and I'm sure it gets pretty stressful at times. I saw them at the end of the day and they were still able to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to everyone that came in. This included one random guy that wandered in and just wanted to have his temperature taken with their remote thermometer! I would not hesitate to come back here. Called Apple Urgent Care and made an appointment over the phone for my COVID Vaccine. Very polite and pleasant to speak with and made an appointment. Send me the pre-registration forms online and called me a day before to confirm. Upon arrival the wait was short. The MA, Anahi was very polite and informed us about what to expect after vaccine. Anahí was very skillful and hardly felt the vaccine being administer. She kept us for 15 mins to make sure we didn't have any severe reaction to the vaccine and answer all of our questions. Do not go here, you have been WARNED!! I went here twice for consultations, paid the copay and they got the rest from my insurance then bills me over a year later for a visit in 2021. Second visit was to see a doctor for a copay of $95! Found out that my insurance no long wants to deal with them. A doctors visit here will cost you $175+ and they will bill you later too, not the $50 they tell you it's gonna cost to see a doctor. Had someone call me today to collect money, horrible business practice, I just told them to sent me the bill and I'll pay the $80+ just to get them out of my life. I wanted to share this with the community, I've never paid $175+ for a doctors visit with insurance in my life! read more

Apple Urgent Care gives the worst care I've ever seen. I was seen by Dr Darren Thompson. He has the worst bedside manners Ive seen from a so called doctor. I go to be seen because I think I may have a kidney infection which I have had several times in the past. I have left flank pain that feels like the same pain I've had 4 other times. I proceeded to tell him I think I may have a kidney infection. I guess that rubbed him the wrong way. He states where is your pain so I point and show him. He states that's not where your kidneys are. You don't have a kidney infection. How he diagnosed that by not even getting a urine sample, temperature, or checking for CVA tenderness is beyond me. Of course he doesn't know I'm a nurse with 24 years experience he just wants to belittle you and make you feel stupid. I know when a proper assessment is done. You cannot diagnose anyone without all the results first. Then I tell him my temperature wasn't taken and he looks at the paper and says yes it was. Well no one took mine they just wrote a number on the paperwork. I also took Ibuprofen 800mg for the pain a few hours before so even if I had a temperature the Ibuprofen could mask the fever. After he gets my urine results he said it was fine. Well he better hope I don't let a kidney infection because I will report him to the medical board for malpractice. Do not go to that Urgent care you are not being assessed properly. If he's doing that to me I pretty sure that is his norm. read more

While the doctor & front office staff were friendly, they sent me & my toddler to an office for x-rays that was no longer at the address. The employee from that "address" said the imaging company had not been there in years. This was inconvenient for having to get my toddler (she was the injured person), in and out of the car. Found out from the employee at the "old address" of imaging, the relocation of the new address for the company. I called to inform the receptionist about this & to update their paper they had still printed on, all she said was ok, no apology or offer of a different place than what recommended from someone not from their office. The new place had a 2hr wait for a STAT & she said it's ok they are busy. This was on a Friday & results take 24hrs.. their office is closed on Saturday, their phones forwarded to Hemet office. So my child's injury went unattended over the weekend til this coming Monday. It also says "Open 7days/wk" with times for the weekend. But they're not open. Please someone fix this, it's not Right for false office hours of the weekend. I plan on talking to the manager on Monday & filing a complaint. read more

So I went here for my COVID booster. Appointment at 145 I show up at 140. While filling out the paperwork work two employees (nurses?) Walk out front and talk and vape, not a big deal but I will come back to this. My paperwork has been turned in around the same time they go outside. The waiting room is small 10 chairs I think wasn't too crowded so I didn't mind how close together they were. A patient comes in and asks if they do COVID tests, implying she may have COVID. They accept them and have them sit in the small ass waiting room that now has 5 people in it! I go outside. The couple outside are still vaping right in front of the door. Normally these things wouldn't prompt a review but after being led back to a room at 2 by one of the nurses that was vaping out front, I noticed a small amount of blood on the door. The nurse even put his hand on it while he opened the door (he put gloves on after). Then after the booster I'm expected to sit in the now full waiting room with the people there for a COVID test. Nope I'm outside standing in the sun after my COVID test waiting the 15 min before I can leave. Didn't have a good visit won't come back. read more

I went to the Moreno Valley location of Apple urgent care, I was seen my the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PROVIDER I have ever came in contact while being treated at Apple urgent care. Her name is Esmeralda Castillo rubi, she's a new provider there and gave me the worst experience I have ever had. provider Esmeralda set treatment options for me and I agreed to take what she suggested. Once she left the room and the nurse came to administer the injection I asked the nurse to ask provider Esmeralda if I would have an adverse reaction to injection she suggested I take because I was on antibiotics. Esmeralda stormed back into the room and said " I will no longer be giving you the injection because I was hesitant and asking questions " I tried to ask her why she was changing her mind on administering the shot she stated because I was asking too many questions. she than said follow up with your main provider and go to the ER if i feel worse . Incredibly unprofessional and if you're a new patient and about to be seen by her be careful how you ask her questions because she will take it as you are questioning her authority.
