The attending ER physician offered me info for follow-up primary care at a local clinic. I did come to the Everwell medical office in Loma Linda, CA. THIS medical office * ACCEPTED my Medicare insurance, * Issued VITAL lab test requisition; * PROMPTLY followed up test results with three office visits, phone calls of test results and subsequently, via phone/text contact. AMAZING. NP/PA was thorough, specific, helpful, kind, caring about physical, emotional and spiritual health during appointments. Rare benefit today when time is often begrudged. My serious deficiencies have been identified and treated ONLY because the thorough ER physician cared enough to offer me info of THIS clinic AND this clinic's WILLINGNESS to provide care to someone with limited insurance. IMPRESSIVE. THEIR ACCEPTANCE of my sole (Medicare) insurance enabled authorized lab work and follow-thru to remedy previously unknown deficiencies. THEIR ACCEPTANCE, AUTHORIZATIONS, ACTIONS and ADVICE diverts me from definite complications and inevitable premature demise. I came in after work one evening for my appointment. I chose one of the last few appointment times before closing. Check in was super fast.. I was still trying to put in my payment info on my phone when I was first called in where they take my vitals and ask me basic questions. After that was done, there wasn't much of a wait before I was seen by the practitioner. Nosayaba Osazuwa was great and very attentive. This is not a walk in clinic. We got here at around 1:40 and the staff was on lunch so we took a seat. We waited for 20 minutes past the time they were supposed to be back just for the doctor to come out and tell us that we have to have an appointment. This is exactly why we get soo many people carousing up the emergency rooms for non emergent symptoms. Absolutely disappointed in how our healthcare system works out here. read more

COVID-19 Test @ CVS.... Don't do it. My mom got her test on 7/3/2020. We are still waiting on her test results. I called the MinuteClinic 866-389-2727 helpline and waited 2hrs 55 minutes to talk to a rep. However, they just keep telling us to wait for results online. We tried to make another appointment for testing but, we were denied due to a pending result from a prior test. Need to wait 14 days before we can schedule another test. Don't get your test at MinuteClinic. They take way too long. read more

I took my mom here last October for her severe cough that has been going on for over a month. She was seen by NP or PA Joanna Pascual. She was very sweet, caring, professional and knowledgeable. She even tried her best speaking in Spanish to my mom because my mom can only understand fair English. She was very passionate about her work and went above and beyond by following up my mom's condition. She made sure my mom was getting better. Prior to this my mom went to an Urgent Care, which they didn't do any testing nor check her properly and was prescribed claritin for her more than a month of severe cough. After seeing NP Joanna, she's been great! I would recommend her and this CVS minute clinic location! read more

I woke up this morning unable to hear and unable to clear one ear. It was horrible and made my head feel odd and blood pressure went up from the stress. I went to one urgent care that didn't have a dr. So I went to this minute clinic with minimal expectations. To my surprise they were beyond FANTASTIC! They saw how concerned I was and were very reassuring I knew they would help me. Running water in your ear is not fun but they kept being positive and reassuring. They were able to extract the issue and I instantly felt better. They went above and beyond. From the RN to her assistant and the girl that created my file were all wonderful! Minute clinic, more like wait a few hours clinic. I checked in at 11, just to wait two hours to get my health screening done.

I have suffered from an earwax build up in my right ear for a very long time. It would sometimes cause hearing loss for days at a time. I've even gone to urgent care and all they did was pour peroxide in my ear and didn't work. I bought home kits to get it but nothing worked. I went to minute Clinic and Chaiti(the practioner) helped me and within 10 minutes I can hear again. Just make an appointment. Her knowledge in what she was doing was on the professional level and very easy to talk to. Thank you again I appreciate everything you've done! read more

They gave me an appointment,called me and asked what kind of insurance I had said it was excepted but when I arrived they told me they had made a mistake my insurance was not excepted, but they gave me a list of urgent care. I was feeling under the weather and my fever was starting to escalate quickly so I decided to get myself to an urgent care. I checked online and it showed it was a 55 minute wait and the other closest urgent care clinic the doctor was running late. I figured either was it was going to be a wait being that it was a Saturday during flu season. I decided to head over to CVS minute clinic. NP Pettinger was professional, courteous and very detailed. I signed myself in through the kiosk and didn't wait long. I would definitely recommend coming to this clinic especially since it's convenient to pick up any prescribed medication. I needed to have a TB test to visit my friend at a stroke center. There is apparently a shortage here in the Inland Empire. My dr's office didn't have any and told me to call the Health Dept. They told me they were out to try Walgreens or CVS. I phoned Walgreens who told me they weren't allowed to test in the state of California (???) So my last Hope was CVS who told me about the Minute Clinic. No appt necessary so I just walked in, signed in at Kiosk, and was seen within 15 minutes. Really nice Nurse Practitioner gave the test and I was on my way with an appt made to return in 2 days to have it read. On return visit signed in, was called in immediately, the NP observed and felt site, gave me paperwork stating test negative and I was on my way! Easy! Place is very clean, and I was very impressed. I hope this place burns to the ground. Called the pharmacy manager Viet Tran to get a TB test. He told me to come down as a walk in. I drive there and he tells me they're on lunch break. Come back in 20 minutes. I came back, then they told me they have no openings for walk ins. They cannot help me. I had a great experience getting a vaccination shot. I came in and signed in using the tablet. Before I could grab a seat, NP called me from her small office. She was professional yet friendly. People check in, leave, get skipped and then show back up and cut in front of others who have been waiting. Service is overpriced and staff Is rude. Went in feeling horrible. There was no long wait NP Denise was very nice and patient with me. She did a flu test. Came back positive she wrote all prescriptions in house and I had them filled right away. Although I'm still having trouble feeling nauseous from the medication prescribed. I may need to go back and visit her. Other then that she was a big help!! read more

Went in for an ear wax removal procedure and was there for 5 minutes. She just put in water which I felt had no point and made the situation worse. She did not want to check the other ear which was upsetting after she stated she would take a look at it as well. Rushed procedure , close to $150. Really upsetting ! I had written a review about how HORRIBLE this place is but I MUST SAY, they MADE IT RIGHT. They called me and admitted wrong doing. They made sure I was seen right away and the Nurse Practitioner I saw was INCREDIBLE. I DID end up getting sicker over night from them sending me home the day before because they ignored their holding a space on line policy and it's sad that I got sicker overnight and therefore from bronchitis I ended up with Pneumonia, BUT, I am NOW on medicine and hope I will be feeling better in the next couple of days. So I HIGHLY recommend this place, ONLY IF THEY FOLLOW THEIR OWN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. If you sign in on line to HOLD YOUR PLACE IN LINE, YOU MUST BE SEEN before the people that are walk ins. I don't care HOW uncomfortable it is for them, they chose NOT to sign up on line and make an appointment. And when your name is in the queue ahead of others, that means you should be seen no matter WHAT the Nurse thinks or promises. The people that sign up on line actually are waiting LONGER than those who walked in because when you sign up, it's usually a couple hours later. So IF they stick to their policy and don't send people home that are very sick, they will continue to get my business. read more
