When we were seen by Dr. Ian Pope, he did not address the reason for our visit. Instead, he focused only on my child's chronic condition and told us to go to a children's emergency room. This was confusing and frustrating, as my son has been seen at this urgent care for years and has never been turned away for something like a cough. We DO NOT need an ER just for a cough.  The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. We were not given proper discharge instructions at the time, nor did we receive clear communication about the visit. There was no thorough assessment, no vitals were taken, and we were not provided with a note for school. To make matters worse, the discharge paperwork we later received did not reflect what actually happened during the visit, which is extremely concerning. Additionally, the facility itself has declined in quality. The air conditioning was not working, and there was only a small fan being used in the front area, which raises concerns about comfort and hygiene. Overall, this was one of the worst healthcare experiences I've had. Despite living nearby, I would not return or recommend this location to others unless absolutely necessary. The level of care and professionalism has significantly declined over the past year.

I'll preface this by saying that the term "urgent" tends to be used loosely at most urgent cares so just keep that in mind. However, I was seen in a timely manner, the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The biggest star of the show was my toddler who showed extreme patience here. I was seen after about 25 minutes from check in. The doctor was fabulous! Attentive, very thorough and informative. She took her time and took extra steps to figure out what could be ailing my sweet child. She made us laugh, was engaging with my little one and was just an all around amazing care giver in a moment of stress and worry. I will absolutely be coming back.
