I have used Anthony's a handful of times. Typically for repairs of my precious jewelry. They have repaired a couple of family heirlooms, resized and cleaned up the precious metals. Their pricing is similar to any big box retailer, however you are getting reliable family owned service. The woman at the desk are kind and courteous. Despite my outward appearance (mom in a windstorm) they are always, always respectful and happy to help. I never feel out of place or unwanted. They are happy to show you their best deals and offer suggestions for gifts. I was a Chamilia collector in my day and I have been gifted many pieces from Anthony's Jewelers. After a long fight with zales and them canceling my order for no reason I came into Anthony's jewelers and the staff sanitized and checked my temp at the door it was a specific set of earrings my gf wanted to match her necklace and they were right in it and found them for me to be here the next day just in time for Christmas I do have to say they are a life saver and very friendly I know I will be back there to shop because big corporations like zales and Kay's I've had nothing but bad and late experiences with them if you want a jewelry place that is friendly and quick at last minute gifts I would deff go to Anthony's jewelers read more

We bought my engagment ring from here and we were very happy with the service and the price we paid. We were able to get some money taken off and they were very accommodating. I ended up going back to look for a band for my ring and was so disappointed this time. I was treated terribly and felt like it wasn't worth their time to help me. When someone finally helped me, I was given a ridiculous price for something that wasn't that great. When the girl went back to ask the manager about it, he didn't even give me the time of day. She went back to him a couple times and he was more interested in watching TV then making a sale. I will not be going back here for anything else. read more

I went in to purchase a wedding band. I had been searching for weeks and knew what I wanted. I called and made an appointment, the man on the phone told me to come in and ask for him & he would personally help me. When I arrived for my appointment the man took me and showed me their rings. As I asked to see certain rings he showed me them, but barely said a word at all. Didn't ask questions, didn't suggest anything. After about 5 minutes a woman comes over (who is the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1) and states she will be working with me now because another customer came in and actually requested the man who was helping me. Excuse me! But I made an appointment with him! He goes to help the other customer without even a word to me. The woman was VERY nice and helpful... I decided to get a price on a ring, and she went to ask how much it would cost the man told her. She told him that I wasn't quite ready to buy today but would be in the next few weeks. I heard the man yell "well, she better make a decision soon because it takes 4 weeks to come in!" (It is March, and my wedding is in November.... I think I'm good on time.) I also felt that the rings were truly dated and the metals looked a bit diminished. Anyways, the treatment was absolutely deplorable and I will never step foot in there again. . The sales people are always pleasant and helpful. I wasn't sure what I liked but the sales person helped me design a custom band to fit and match my engagement ring perfectly.
