Jewelers is a family-run business and you can tell from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were not pushy or trying to sell me something. I decided to have a custom ring made and worked mainly with Chris. He really listened to what I liked and made the process so easy and fun. He was detail oriented and thorough. He kept me updated during the entire process and had great communication. My ring turned out absolutely perfect and is better than I could have ever imagined. Pictures don't even do it justice. He was able to source beautiful kite shaped stones which added to the uniqueness of the piece. The quality is amazing - I really wanted a "dainty" look to the ring and Chris was able to pull that off while also making the band so solid my 2 carat stone does not slide around to the side of my finger at all. Chris went above and beyond and instead of just putting it back in he redid my halo so the diamond would sit lower and I wouldn't catch the prongs on things anymore. My ring looks better than ever. I had them redesign a new wedding band and fix my engagement ring with jewelry from my dad who had passed away. They did a phenomenal job with the task. Recently I had a major complicated surgery where they had to cut of both rings. I was heartbroken, as I never take them off unless they need to be fixed or cleaned. I brought them in and they said please don't worry, they will be fixed in a week come back and pick them up. When I asked how much, they said, since you got them here, please don't worry about it. A while back my wife took her engagement ring to Zales jewelers to have the setting tightened instead they changed it to a totally different setting, We had heard good things about AC jewelers so she went there, they replaced the setting back to exactly what she had ! And then fused both rings together ( without her permission ) and now cannot separate them so WE both feel THEY have ruined both her Engagement AND Wedding rings ( it was not a good feeling to see her crying over this !!! ) in my opinion I can not give a good review with this type of service ! read more

I had to have a silver bracelet shortened and the extender taken off. They measured my wrist carefully and shortened the bracelet exactly how I wanted it, and for only $10. The employees were very nice, and they even fixed the screw in my husband's glasses for free. Great business. I went here after visiting a more pretentious place down the road that could only fix my loose engagement ring diamond in a week, and it would have to be left there.
