And of course the spices, both individual or as pre-mixed masalas. Can't go to Saginaw without stopping at this place and the Asian market a couple doors down... and always end up walking out with something.

They have a lot of sugar free candy and what looked like some regular candy as well (lemon drops; French burnt peanuts, etc.). Lots of supplements but also a grocery section, including cherry juice and frozen foods. Prices seemed about the same as the other health food store, which are a little high, but there were some interesting specials. Unlike Discount Health, this store does not feature a delicious deli.

The meat was so flavorful and plentiful and moist, it was still able to shine through in every bite. This was a huge sandwich and every ingredient from the meat to the bread screamed quality.
