After caring for him on hospice at home by myself for eight months, it was a difficult decision to transition him to a facility, and I struggled for four months to find somewhere I trusted. From my very first phone call with Teri, all of my fears and anxiety disappeared. She was kind, empathetic, sincere, and truly concerned for his well-being. Unlike other facilities that only focused on the bottom line, she was the only person who asked for his name. Coming from North Carolina, where we pride ourselves on taking care of one another, that meant the world to me. Norman passed away this past Saturday. While I am grieving, I am at peace knowing he died with dignity, comfort, and exceptional care. Your home was immaculate and your staff was wonderful. Two days before he passed, Norman told me he was going to die and assured me he was at peace. I am so thankful he was able to spend his final days at Chantilly Lace Manor. My mom was placed on hospice and we chose Chantilly Lace because we heard so many wonderful things from so many different people. And everything we heard was absolutely true. The home itself is very nice. It's extremely clean and it feels and looks just like your neighbor's house. My mom came from two different hospitals before arriving to Chantilly lace. She was very depressed being in those hospitals, and as soon as she arrived to Chantilly Lacy, her face lightened up and it was the first time we had seen her smile in weeks. Terry and her staff are extremely loving to the residents and their families. We spent Christmas Day there and we had such a wonderful day. They made a wonderful feast and gave out presents to the residents. They are a fun and lively staff, so it felt like we were visiting family. I passed away there in January 2023 and I know she felt so loved and cared for by each staff member. I am so thankful to Chantilly Lace for taking such wonderful care of my mother. We will always be grateful and we definitely consider them family now. I still stay in touch with Terry, in fact. Thank you Chantilly Lace for everything!!

She has a beautiful apartment yet she is gone from morning to night because she is too busy to stay in. They offer daily exercise, games, movies, Bible Study, and entertainment of all genres at least once a week. She is safe, has many friends who she refers to as her family, is well fed and cared for. We are so thankful for Abraham and the entire staff and all they do to make this part of her life so wonderful!
