I'm currently dealing with food poisoning from this Applebee's. I don't recommend this place at all they either serve you old ass food or its cross contamination. My dad also got food poisoning from them the night before. This place needs the health department called. read more

The food was typical for Applebee's menu, however, the lack of stars on my review goes to the poor management. We've stopped by for a dinner around 5:30-6pm and all family members but my husband ordered a variety of burgers. That same night we got violently ill with food poisoning. My 20 month old (who had a bite of my burger, my 13 year old and myself). My husband had shrimp, chicken and rice and was fine. That being the last thing we've ate that night narrows it down to the hamburger meet that was used for our dishes. Called to report to them the next day and didn't even get a "sorry" from a (female manager I spoke on the phone) . The defensive reply was "Well, we refrigerate our meat!" Of course you do. Somehow, the well-done hamburgers got us sick and that means it was either not stored properly or not properly prepared since (according to manager) we were the only ones to get sick and report it. I was told she will look into that, but never asked for my phone number to follow up. What a waste of money. Never going there again and reporting it to health department first thing Monday. read more

We have found our favorite Applebee's, in Gains Township Mi. To say the least we have been searching for well over 10 years! From the warm hospitality of the greeters to the Incredible ,instinctive, polite service of our waiter Mike,it is a great dinning experiance. We as a family can count our search over and are destined to become Monday night regulars. Their drinks are extremely tasteless and the waiter was extremely rude. I attempted to call a manager and inform him of the terrible customer service my friend and I had received and it was as if he was terribly bored all because I could not remember the servers name. I will never come back here again...I will drive the extra 10-15 miles to go to a different one. read more

Such a bad experience, the first greeting we were unwelcomed with was a waitress named Ally talking poorly about her other coworkers, and also told her other waitress to "dump" us to another waiter named Andy. She then proceeded to call my friend an asshole, and went off to other people eating at the bar and spoke to them and near after they all turned to my group and laughed. Also they continued to glare at us the rest of our meal. Also after we were seated it took 15 minutes for a waiter/ress to even come to our table. Ally the waitress glared and was unbelievably rude to us for the whole encounter. Awful service and very rude as well highly no recommend. read more

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes from being seated to order drinks. Then had to take my daughter to the bathroom, I told the waiter that we would be right back. They cleared our food which was mostly still on the plate. Food was mediocre at best. read more

Worst experience EVER. My group was lead to a table at the back of the resturant (passing available seating) right next to the take out order door and it was a very cold night. As we were seated we noticed how fealty the area was with trash on the floor a menu on the floor and our chairs were full of leftover food from the previous guest. My husband asked if the area could be cleaned. We all got up and moved our chairs while we watched our server sweep and clean our area. A gentleman who was standing by watching (unknown to us it was the manager) told our server to move us to another area, so we moved. The server ANDREW was awesomely trying to make the situation better. We were seated at a table where a wall mounted screen was literally on our table so again being unconvinced we had to move our table over to seat comfortably. I wanted to leave but our gurst didn't want to make a scene, so we stayed. The manager?? brought our appetizers out and we had to ask for silverware, napkins and plates, because he didn't have enough sense to bring these crucial items Through out our meal the manager??? passed our table 6 times (yes I counted) because I was annoyed at the fact that not once did he ask if everything was okay with our unfortunate experience. ANDREW our server was the best he did everything possible to make it right. Shout out to Andrew but I feel sorry that his good work ethics will go unknown because he's working in a crappy environment and under a crappy management Will not be going back to this location to eat EVER again. read more

This is a store that just does not care about the customer! We have gone there three times and something was wrong with the food so we mentioned it not making a big deal about it. the third time there the appetizer was luke-warm at best. When the manager came out the pretended to make a drum-roll for our opinion as to the re-heated spinach dip. We felt so uncomfortable we just paid and walked away! This is a training store as well. We visited on 4/15/15 with our two kids. We were seated right away. The staff was friendly but not very prompt with requests. One kid's order was wrong, though they did remake it for him. My husband's food tasted funny and he didn't feel good later in the evening. The other kid's food was over cooked and seemed as though it had been sitting for a while. read more
