I did a curb side pick-up without checking my order before I left and gave the young lady a $5 tip for a $42 dollar meal. She didn't put my garlic bread sticks in with my order nor did the attendant put my celery sticks which I paid for. Applebee's always have some crap with them. Last week it was a lattice core in my friend daughter's salad and now it's there substandard attention to quality service. read more

Generally, the restaurant was clean, but I will say it was absolutely ice cold and the food wasn't anything to speak about. The chicken tenders were good but the mashed potatoes were overturned to completely inedible, but at least the burger was good. And the service was great. read more

Their bartenders. Drinks are not properly filled. They reuse dirty glasses when serving second drinks and leave the old used/dirty citrus still left floating in the glass when reserved. This has happened with three different bartenders just this week so there's a pattern. Considering how empty they are at dinner in a weekday I'd expect better attention to service. read more

I had a doctor request lunch from this restaurant. Let's just say time management is not this restaurant's strong point. I place my order at 11am. I was originally told my order would be ready at 11:49am and I politely asked if they could please get it ready any earlier, to which I was told yes and that they would have it ready at 11:29am. I didn't get my order until 11:53am which makes the food late by 24 minutes and now I am LATE for my lunch meeting. These people don't care nor do they even apologize. You get what you get and that's all you get. Where is the sense of pride? Really, it took one hour to get 5 entrees together when there are only two tables occupied in the restaurant and they are already eating! When the bartender brought me my food, I asked if there was cutlery included, and she said that she had put some in there which clearly she had not because all three bags were totally empty. So more time was added because she had to go into the back and get the cutlery. So if you're looking for a restaurant that has attention to detail and good time management, you would be better off going to Sheetz and getting your lunch there because this certainly is not a place that can be held accountable for getting your food ready on time. read more

Waitress brought hubby's meal out, but not mine. We waited and he finished eating his meal before my oriental salad was brought out. She never came by to see if we needed drink refills. When she brought my salad, she seemed upset that I asked for a to go box. My husband was finished and ready to go, upset that my meal had not been brought out with his as should have been. She then got my to go box and then came back out with my garlic breadstick in a box and kind of threw that and the bill on the table. read more

My foster son asked what type of drinks they had (Pepsi VS Coke), and for some reason that infuriated her. He asked if there was more than one type of dip. "NO! ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTIONS". They don't know how to make a long island. It tasted like lemon aide. And then the manager showed me their recipe for it. Not what is in long Island. The server was nice. But the attitude of the manger was unbelievable. Didn't try to make it right. She was very arrogant. Was visiting town and ordered take out. Food was ready on time and everything was tasty and fresh.

Don't go there. That was by a wide margin the worst meal ever. I took my daughter and my family there for her birthday. We ordered 2 steaks, soup, and a burger The burger was dry and overdone to the point of crumble. The medium steak was well done. The rare steak was medium well. The rest of the food was both so ver cooked and cold which is astounding. My daughters soup had soggy croutons at the bottom. Took almost an hour to get our food. When they offered to comp one steak, the double charged us for the other one trying to be slick. Not only can they not cook but they will try to rip you off. This place should be demolished and have the earth beneath it salted so nothing will ever grow there. It can then serve as a reminder to passers-by for generations of how true failure looks. read more

I always order a steak and every time it's never cooked right. My boyfriend got the chicken tenders and the Mac and cheese which was anything but Mac and cheese. All they do is give you bland noodles with shredded cheese on top. My broccoli is always under cooked and close to raw. The staff is friendly but the food is definitely anything but good. It's bland. Went here with my girlfriend after church one day and I still to this day regret that decision. We ordered car side carry out and were told it would take 30-45 minted which we had no problem with. After an hour she went inside to ask what was taking so long while I stayed in the car. When she finally spoke to someone, they told her that our food had accidentally been given to the wrong customer. Having worked in food myself, I get that sometimes mistakes happen and to their credit the manager did offer her a partial refund for the mistake. After that she came back out to the car and the car side waitress told us it would be about 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and nothing happened. 25 minutes passed and the same waitress came out to tell us it would only be another 15 minutes. Another 20 minutes later our food finally came out. However, we had not been partially refunded as the manger said, the waitress instead gave us a gift card stating that since we had paid in card she couldn't discount us. Again, having worked in food I know this was a lie. If I had to guess, she was just too lazy to do it even though all she was doing was making excuses about being the only one working car side even though we saw multiple waiters and waitresses assisting her. I had half a mind to go back in and demand to see the manager to get the refund that was promised but was persuaded out of it. We still have that gift card months later and if it gets used it won't be at this Applebee's. read more

I have enjoyed going to Applebee's in the past. But this visit was one of the worst dining experiences that I have encountered. We were seated right away and our server came over to get our drink orders followed by food orders. We then waited about 45 mins for our food to come out and the restaurant was not busy at all. When our food came out, everyone's food was correct except my burger. I ordered it well done and it came out medium. I returned it and waited an additional 20 minutes for my burger. By this time everyone else is done. The manager just dropped the burger off and walked off. We then get to splitting the checks. We had already told the server at the beginning that it would be split 2 ways. He came out with the checks and all of the items were mixed up between the two checks. We even had to ask to get the burger remover from the check. About 10 minutes later, he came back with our corrected checks. The server stated multiple times during our visit that he could not find the manager to help him and the manager was hiding. For an establishment to operate like this is ridiculous. I am appalled that we had a visit like this and the manager did not seem to care about the guests/customers that are in his establishment. I will never be going to an Applebee's again. read more

Decided to have dinner with my toddler here. We were seated in a booth that was partially cleaned and given a loud sigh from the hostess after asking her to clean the crumbs from the seat. Drink orders was put in, and the waitress came back about 15mins later and said they were coming they could not find the kid cups. 30mins in..we got our drink. We order our food. Very simple order. We wait and wait. Finally..food...well my food came out. For some reason it took an additional 20mins to cook my kid's pizza and bring it to the table. The waitress brings the check. I ask to speak to a manager. I waited a few minutes and the manager never came. I paid my bill and left. The restaurant was not full neither was the bar. I had come here with a friend 2 times before the covid-19 debacle and now one after. The two times prior we were greatly impressed with the friendly service and exceptional food prep and taste! Each time we talked about how good it was in all things food and service. Now, with some concern after the dining room reopening, we were hopeful that coming back would not have issues. First, the welcoming smiles and helpfulness of each staff person set the tone. Ashley was our server and she was as sweet as could be. She listened and responded in such a positive way that we both relaxed of any earlier concerns; and this before any food arrived! Secondly, the food was outstanding! We started with French Onion Soup which was delicious. For entrees, I had the Whiskey Burger which was tasty and large; I Loved it! My friend had Double Crunch Shrimp and was just over the top at how good it was. Both of us were also impressed with the crunchy flavorful fries. A typical Applebee's except the wait staff are MUCH friendlier. MUCH, MUCH better than Ruby Tuesday where the orders are always wrong or over cooked. The 1/2 price appetizer nights are my families' favorite. Good drinks and they re-fill you cup to go. A good place for a meal when you just want to go out.
