Honestly, this is the worst BWW I've been to. The service is literally the worst I've ever had. We've been sitting here for over half an hour now, excuse me, it's been almost an hour now and all we've gotten is drinks. If we weren't here to watch Saturday night football, we would have left by now. But that's the one thing we came here for, and so we tolerate the substandard service. We probably should have just stayed at the bar, because at least there we had service. Good grief! Crazy thing is half the tables are empty!!! Upon walking in, nobody greeted us for almost 2 minutes because the staff was "to busy" putting together kids menus with crayons. Then we were finally seated in a booth. The restaurant was not busy. Maybe 8 total tables were seated throughout the restaurant. We then waited 15 minutes, were passed by every staff member more than once, we were never greeted, our drink order was never taken. I then got up to leave. The staff was all standing around enjoying their slow shift so I asked for a manager. When I told him the problem, he acted very confused and was unapologetic. I was a waiter for 8 years of my life and I understand how things can be when it gets busy, but they were not busy at all and we were ignored. Ate there this past Sunday. The salsa for the nachos was rancid and my salad was brown. Asked for a manger. He was too busy to come out. Left our number, he never called. We had paid our entire bill and tipped our waitress. Someone also came in with a dog, which several employees petted and then went back to working. I called Justin (the manager) the next day and he wasn't friendly although he did offer me a "free" salad if I were to return there. We went in today and we're put on a wait list. We waited about 20-25 minutes during witch other couples came in and we're put on the wait list as well. A man walked in and was standing at the podium for only about 2 minutes when a server named Jade came up and was told by 2 different employees that we had been waiting. She ignored them and seated the man that had only been waiting a short time. We were then sat and Jade happened to be our server. She acted like she was in a rush and didn't take much time at our table. She took out drunk order and returned with the drinks. She then proceeded to disappear and about 10-15 mins later came back and took our food order. When our food came out she dropped it off and never came back to check on us. She didn't return until she dropped off the check. We reviewed the check and found that she had charged us full price for a side dish that we were unaware did not come with the meal. We asked to speak to a manager and got it straightened out. I had asked for no pickles on my burger and she entered extra pickles. We don't plan to return to this location. Wow, talk about a franchise in trouble. BDubs continues to impress with their ability to combine mediocre food with horrible service. The taste was sad and the preparation barely warm. It's amazing given it took 40 minutes to get us four plates of ho hum. It actually sucked. Warmed breaded nuggets with spice sprinkled on is not what I remember ordering. It sucked. We love the TVs but for $53 for two adults and 2 kids it may be the most miserably over rated experience we have had. The FarmVille BW3 is to be avoided and there is no indication that other shops in the franchise would do anything better. Even faster service would just hasten the reality that the place has lost its moe and the investors should be prepared for the company to lose market share. Absent a massive change in the food, culture, and staff training this place will be the dominoes of casual dining. RIP and good riddance. read more

I got the Mediterranean lemon pepper chicken salad. for an appetizer I got the artichoke dip. the artichoke dip not warm as I thought it would be , but the flavor was good. overall the salad was yummy. plenty of salad $10.99. With the salad and a small container of hummus and pita chips. I love hummus and have had it lots of places but this hummus seemed to be sour. I did let the waitress know as I think it was not good. the service seemed a bit slow. this has been my second time going to this restaurant and each time the service was slow even though there was only a couple customers in the entire restaurant. read more

Went there in a Thursday afternoon . It wasn't busy. My boyfriend ordered quesadillas that came out with no sour cream or salsa. When he requested it, the manager smugly said "they don't put it in the quesadilla!" Ummm WE know that, he was just asking for a SIDE of sour cream which MOST restaurants put with quesadillas. He said he would bring it and never did, we asked our waitress , she said she would, never did. Asked a third person, she said she would, never did. We waited 45 min for a cup of sour cream that was ordered with an APPETIZER. Mind you , they were NOT busy. I was furious. I know it seems like a small thing , but it really showed the lack of care and poor customer service. STILL paid for the quesadillas even though my boyfriend didn't eat them(they were dry as hell) ended up taking them home and putting sauce on them. Will not be back. VERY disappointed. read more

They have tv's all over the place and I wanted to give them a chance when I wasn't in a group. I'm happy I did. This location has carpet which cuts the noise level down big time. They also don't have the noise from music or tv's blaring creating chaos. I could actually have a conversation. So it's all good. Tried the salad because I wanted to get the doc of my back. Not really. I like salad so what. I got the Mediterranean. You don't need extra dressing. Also got the soft pretzels. Awesome. Wish they had a hot mustard or something as an alternative to the cheese dip. Staff was great. Friendly. Fairly attentive. They also seem to help each other out. Restrooms were clean. I normally go to one in virginia beach where they are very busy but the service is generally great. Last night I went to one here in farmville and was shocked at how completely different my experience was. Our waitress was unapologetic when my food was forgotten "The kitchen completely forgot about you it should be out in a few". Then she told a member of my party who had received his food that "those wings look gross" Then when members of party asked for another drink the waitress seemed annoyed and responded"ok". Took nearly an hour to get food and they were not crowded at all. I normally love bdubs but I will think twice before returning to the one here farmville. This is probably the worst service I've ever received. I drove about 25 minutes just to get to this location and let me say it was the worst mistake I could've ever made in my life. When I walked around 2015 there was about five employees surrounding the take out order area. No one was at the hostess area, but needless to i did get seated. But there's where my problems started. So after I was seated I waited, waited, and waited some more and still didn't get acknowledged by a server. About 30 minutes passed and I got fed up and went to the take out section, where surprisingly no one was at this point. I look around for an employee and see two employees standing at the kitchen entrance, I ask "Am I ever going to receive a server?" She then goes in the back and I guess sends someone out. I finally get to place my order and at this point I'm ready to go home so I order to go. That took about 20 more minutes.
