The food was okay. My wife's salad she asked for all the dressings on the side. They don't follow directions. Gluten Free is hard for them. After replying to the concerns I previously mentioned in the feedback. I believed him when he offered to "make it right." It has been several days since my last communication. It is my hope that, at the very least, they treat people visiting their establishment from other states will be better serviced. We have been coming to this applebees a lot more lately. They seem to be busier than any other restaurant in town but continue to deliver good food and great service. Ever since Covid it seems like people just can't find enough help or the right help. We have had some miscues in there but the manager was on top of it and we felt like we were important not just another dollar bill coming in through the doors. It is a chain. Generally you get what pay for. What I didn't pay for was the politicking among staff. The bar tender was more interested in listening to the drama that was happening in a server's life and the possible domestic assault with another server. I just walked out of this place not because of poor service there was no service. After being seated we did not see a wait person for over 20 minutes, we finally had to waive one down. She then took our order and drink order at the same time. I ordered a beer from the bar and another 25 minutes later still nothing. Meanwhile people were being seated around us and getting there bar drinks. So after 50 minutes of waiting another employee of the restaurant came and informed us that they would have to retake our order, at this point I walked out and I will never return. read more

Had been outside in the sun at the CC watching our son's match. Didn't really want the CC food they were selling, so we headed in town. We found Applebee's and knew they stayed open late. The hostesses seemed a bit lost, but when we got seated, Maggie our server was not lost and found her way to the table and got our drink order. She was very pleasant and attentive. Most places offer this one a week or their kids menu is limited to burger or chicken. The ONLY complaint I have is the fact they are unfortunately understaffed. I LOVE coming to Applebee's for their three cheese chicken Cavatapi and the service has always been good for me and I never get the same waiter. It's always packed when I go so I understand if they take a bit but I've never gotten a waiter that's taken a long time to bring the ticket, refill drinks, or anything of that sort. read more

Here's the thing: I love Applebee's. Food is (usually) good and it's cheap. Any time I sit on the bar side of the restaurant, I get taken care of. But tonight, I was sat in dining. "No problem," I thought to myself, assuming that the few bad experiences I've had here had nothing to do with the fact that they were always exclusively related to any time I got sat on the dining side. Our waitress, Aimee, walked right past our table three times without saying a word to us, let alone getting our drinks. As a waiter myself, I know what it's like to be busy, but she was just walking around aimlessly. After five minute without drinks, I stood up and found the closest manager, who's name I don't remember, but I will say that every manager at Applebee's has always helped efficiently and has been friendly. After another minute, we finally got greeted by Aimee, who then managed to stop by the table three times in two minutes, but went missing after that. She only returned twice after those couple of minutes. The food was okay at best, but apparently they don't cook their burgers by temperature, opting to instead go with either "pink" or "no pink," which was not pleasant. Anyways, we left immediately after paying, but now my fiancée is feeling sick. Hopefully she doesn't get food poisoning, which seems unlikely because out of the six friends we have that got food poisoning there, five of them had wings, which we did not. I will definitely tell the hosts to only seat me on the bar side from now on. read more
