This is literally as authentic as eating somewhere on the west coast of Mexico. I don't know how they do it. The seafood is fresh, fresh, fresh! They bring in live lobsters every Thursday, fresh. The spices and sauces are EXACTLY what you'd find on the beaches along Sinaloa and Nayarit. Service is always courteous, smiles, attentive, welcoming. I love this place. By the time all my guests arrived the number was even larger and another table was added with no complaint or problem. My guest were made to feel welcome. A special menu was provided for my guests to make personal selections that included appetizers, main meal, salads and desert selections. The main meal had a selection of steaks, salmon, chicken and everybodys favorite - chicken fried steak. Each meal came with a protien selection, starch and vegetable. Every meal was prepared to perfection. The desert selection of a layered chocolate cake or cheesecake topped off the experience. Our server worked hard and efficiently to make everyone happy. Bravo!! Considering this dinner was so last minute PRIME ON THE NINE made each of my guests happy and made my job as a host so easy!
