Food was good. The hosting and service was horrible... We sat for 8 minutes for greeting and when we ordered drinks our waters took 5 minutes and our alcoholic beverages took 1 minute. I came in for late night dinner with my two girlfriends. There were two young hostess's working. A caucasian female with long brown hair in a pony tail, and an african american female with shorter hair. There was a bit of a crowd. They asked how many without greeting us first. I said the wrong number at first and the caucasian female mocked me and smirked. They also did not tell us an estimated wait time. I had to ask them and they seemed annoyed we were asking. We had a nice server but she must have gotten our order wrong. My friend ordered pretzels and recieved mozzarella sticks. The blonde food runner who brought over her food rolled her eyes at my friend when she said that she did not order mozzerella sticks. Then, not even a minute later, another person brought over the mozzerella sticks again but this time just dropped it off and didnt give us time to say anything. So we waited for our server and said for the second time that we did not order that. As we were walking out, the caucasian hostess with long brown hair smirked and rolled her eyes at us. No one said goodbye or thank you. It was a very unprofessional atmosphere and we did not feel welcome. The employees need to be trained on what good customer service is. read more

Entered restaurant with a foul smell. The table was sticky to touch. My party couldn't decide what to order. The waitress was impatient and rude. We decided to leave when drinks arrived. Manager tried to fix it but we didnt want to stay. He gave us free drinks. The same rude waitress argued with us leaving. Worse experience ever!! read more

Great drink deals, friendly serving staff, lovely music, and booths made for kings and queens. 10/10 would recommend to everyone, every single day. After waiting to be greeted by the host (that was no where to be seen upon entry), we have now been waiting for over an hour for our food. We have watched every other table get seated, receive their meals, finish them, then leave and we have yet to taste the chicken tenders that I ordered over an hour ago... I have come here for years and have never experienced exceptional service and today I have experienced one of the worst and slowest service. If I could give this poor excuse of a restaurant a half of a star, I would. read more

Went here a few hours ago for my birthday. Ordered the Quesadilla burger which was recommended by the waiter and the menus itself. Our waiter was also quite sassy. *Ordered it 15-20 minutes food came it looked.. Not to good it was avocado sauce with tomato a few other sauces, some lettuce and a burger patty. SO basically it's a quesadilla with a burger in it. *IT TASTED disgusting! I was so hungry I finished HALF of a burger that I paid around nine dollars for! I strongly regretted it later for it did not settle good in my stomach at all. But I though "Hey maybe it's just ME?" So I asked my girlfriend who was sitting across from me to take a bite and she hesitated to even do so because she thought it looked disgusting she stated. She took a bite and spit it out. *OVERALL I've been to many many restraints and this particular one is at the bottom if the list. The food was disgusting, Sassy waiter, and gave me a stomach ate. They messed up my car side to go, so I had to go back to get my forgotten ideas. The manager treated my like I was lying to him and that he didn't was to give me the food they had forgotten. They kept talking about the chili I had ordered but that was not my order. I did get the food they had forgotten but I'm not about to go back there if that's how management acts. read more

Went out for dinner, my birthday so my choice, and I picked Applebees with my wife and son (also a favorite of my son). Went in the mid-afternoon as usual to avoid the rush. Got seated right away, were ready to order when the waiter came to ask for our drinks. I asked for a burger with no tomatoes or onions. The waiter made a comment about me not liking tomatoes but I didn't think anything of it. Got our order, mine had onions. I told my wife the waiter must not have heard the no onions part but she said she heard me say no onions. Tried removing them and eating the burger anyway but could still taste the onions so asked for a new burger. My son had asked for ranch dressing for his fries, and I saw the waiter write something down right after my son said that so I know he heard that but we had to ask for ranch again when they brought his food. My son's plate was pretty empty when they brought it - he order chicken tenders and got 4 or 5 tenders and maybe 15 fries. We've had this waiter a few times before and usually he is pretty good but this time he never came to check on us, I usually get refills on my drink but none this time. My wife and son were about done before I got my burger so I called the waiter over and asked to make mine to go. I'd like to say I won't go back but this doesn't happen very often, although I have had something like this happen before, and my other favorite place to go, Perkins, closed down (1 store has opened back up but its on the other side of town). read more

This location use to be our go to over the mall location any day but last night definitely made me question whether we should give the mall location another go. We were seated after a short wait as always because the host never seems to be at the door. When she finally sat us though she was very friendly and told us about the night specials. Then came more waiting. Our waitress passed our table at least 4 times and every time she told us she'd be right with us for 15 minutes. We all just ordered waters right away because we didn't want to commit to staying because the whole restaurant seemed in a tizzy. Dropped glasses by waitresses, STICKY TABLES (as usual), and hushed comments from surrounding tables. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to bring us our waters. By that time we were ready to order and she couldn't take our orders fast enough. She barely let us finish as she rushed off. The restaurant wasn't too busy but there were a few large tables (that already had their food) so I naively expected ours to come out quickly. 20 minutes later our food arrived at our table, or so we thought. It turned out to belong to the table behind us after we questioned all the items she set in front of us. That table was sat at least 20 minutes after us too and they got their food before us! Same number of people in their party! When our correct food finally came out only part of it did. By the time the remaining sides came out our main dishes were practically done. I didn't get a single refill the entire 2 hours we were here and our waitress barely looked at our table as she continued to rush by. The manager seemed done with the night and didn't even stop by any of the tables to check on how the customers were- probably because she knew she'd get an earful. None of the staff looked happy to be there and the new waitress that walked by looked like she was reevaluating her decision to work there. read more

Very disappointing! My salmon was burned and over cooked. It was $14.49. Total waste of money. The chicken tenders tasted like they were warmed up in a microwave. I'm not sure what is happening with Applebee's food. I'm not going to be eating at one anymore. read more

We decided to go here with our 4 kids today for lunch...bad idea! The server wasn't overly rude, but wasn't polite either. Seemed as though she could care less about her job and customers. Even the host/hostess seemed kind of rude and lost/confused. We waited probably 45 minutes for our cold food to arrive...What a waste of an hour and a half. The manager could clean himself up a little bit as well...unkempt and water or grease stains all over his shirt. Very disappointing! Won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Went in late last night for appetizers and drinks. The service was very slow. It took ten minutes before our table was greeted, and after we ordered our drinks it took at least another ten minutes to get them and all we ordered was beer. The tap beer was barely cold, maybe they need to check their refrigeration system. The server asked my husband if he wanted another beer and he said yes, but she never did bring one. This is the worst service I've had in my life. My nine year old brother asked politely for a refill THREE times on his lemonade and we never received it. It took over 45 minutes to receive our food that we know is just microwaved anyways. Our waitress wasn't the biggest issue, but every employee here could use some serious training. I work in fine dining and this is atrocious compared to the standards that I am held to. I've had issues similar to this with Applebee's in the past, and this is just the worst time. I downloaded this app on my phone just to write this review. Never going back. read more
