Yikes. Buffalo Wild Wings is a literal scam. So after noticing some really fishy sales tactics with BWWs, I went down a rabbit hole. This is crazy..... You can ONLY get certain values online or through the app. The app/website frequently breaks down, so you cannot physically order online, no matter how hard you try. BUT...the stores nationwide will not honor any online deals in store. I mean their website is down REGULARLY. Already in 2026 I counted 12 different dates the website was down, 6 in January that I *saw* (I honestly stopped counting, but I could've gone on). Somehow the app is still rated 4.6 stars on the app store despite nothing but walls of 2 to 1 star ratings mentioning this exact scam. Look, find somewhere else people. I get its an easily accessible chain brand, but they're treating you like idiots. They think you're idiots. Take a little extra time and find somewhere else, like Tap House! After about 4 visits I've concluded that the service is very mediocre. Slow drinks and refills . I've been here both on slower and busier nights . . Also the feeling of pushing appetizers on us to order . I visit this place usually for wings only . By the up sell seems a bit much. The wings are cooked decent . Usually overcooked almost dry . I understand not wanted to get the opposite. The sauces I've tried are very heavy . Heavy coated . Kinda drowning. Garlic Parmesan, Asian , Buffalo , Honey BBQ. Seems also like the wings are never put on the tray with much respect . But I've yet to get a wrong order so the accuracy seems to be good . The kids Mac is very rich and the noodles were cooked well. My wife Garden Salad suffered from pre made wilt. Almost rubbery cucumber and soft not crisp greens . Today, August 16, 2019 , I experienced the ghost syndrome at this location. I walked in and stood at the counter for five minutes before I ever saw any employee besides the servers. Two guys walked up from talking about something on the television that was to my left and never greeted me at all and then disappeared back into the kitchen . This is the average Buffalo wild wing when it comes to food. But what sets this place apart from other bdubbs is the set up. Every seat has great viewing options for all the different tvs throughout the venue. I watched the Sunday NFL games here and the amount of availability really made the spot different. In some other buffalo wilds wings, you have some seats that aren't great. It wasn't overly busy. Had the sampler, wings at atomic were spicy and the fries with queso were a nice touch as well. I got there at 1130 for the 12 o'clock games and had plenty of time and space to be seated and watch. The manager came by to make sure everything was going well as well which was a nice touch. Will definitely come back! Really appreciated the service. The waiters were t overwhelming making me feel guilty for not buying food throughout the entire game. read more

We got here at 6:30 pm. Seated right away as there were open tables. 15 minutes later we finally had a waiter come to our table for our drink order. He took my two kids drink orders and my wifes then left without taking mine. 10 minutes later he comes back with thier drinks. That's 25 minutes so far and still haven't ordered. Another 10 minutes later he comes back and takes our order. Still doesnt realize he didnt ask if I wanted anything to drink. It is now 7:53 pm and our food just arrived. That's 1 hour 23 minutes! My mom and I came here a few times on our trip to Rochester, and the food was always good, hot, and fast! Very standard to other BWW I have been to here in IL. The waitstaff was good, but once when we got our order to go, I was told 15 minutes and it ended up being closer to 30. While I appreciated the hot food that wasn't sitting under a warmer, I didn't like sitting in the lobby for an extra 15 minutes with my stomach growling. That was kind of a bummer! We're here watching the games and having a few beers. Fun place, fantastic wings. It's really noisey here so don't come here to have a nice quiet conversation. As far as the food is pretty much all good. I'd recommend buffalo chicken ranch wrap, corn bites, nachos and of course their wings. They have a wide assortment of brews also. I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I've probably been to 80% of the locations in Minnesota. The food in Rochester is as good as expected, but the volume on TVs is crazy loud. I'm not one of those cranks that goes into a sports bar / restaurant and complains that the game is on too loud, but this place is over the top. At first I thought it was a fluke, but it has been this way on return visits as well. That being said, good wings with "wild" sauce make up for any eardrum damage. read more

Alright, I've been to the other Rochester location, and the La Crosse, WI location and this one is by far the best. They have great service, coming up to check on you when ever they can. The wings are the most tastiest out of the 3 locations I've been to. You tell then what you want and they make it. In fact, to compare, the La Crosse location was the worst service, the boneless wings were small friend nuggets with little sauce, and they didn't even seat my group of 9 people together. I went there today to celebrate 18 months of sobriety. I like to go on Tuesdays (45 cent wings) and Thursdays (50 cent boneless wings). I am a big fan of the mango habenero and carribean jerk flavors. I highly recommend the potato wedges as well, get them with cheese. Excellent wings! We like to go here for the football games and the beer, (lots of varieties) My friends all go here so I may be a bit biased. They have great happy hours and the bbq sauce is great and hot, I like the caribbean jerk best. The chicken tenders and wings covered in Parmesan garlic are good too. The atmosphere is very casual and a bit loud, especially when my crowd is there! Theres usually enough seating and the service is usually pretty attentive. The only thing is sometimes when we get stuff to go it takes forever. I don't know why that is.Also they have great specials on Tues and Weds. I have been here on over ten occasions. Gets the two stars for the TVs and sports coverage. However, the chicken wings are awful. For a place that specializes in wings, they don't do a very good job. The meek manager seemed intimidated by her responsibilities. We were in the bar area, wanting to watch a premier NCAA football game in an empty bar area, but was told someone had called wanting a different game on above the bar. At that point our food/drink total was over $70. She would not speak with us directly, making no eye contact, kept looking down at a piece of paper. We asked to speak to a general manager, and were told they didn't have one. The shift manager we were trying to speak with was Chelsea. We were told they were a franchise location and contacting the corporate office would not be possible. It seemed like the manager was uninterested in making her patrons satisfied, and seemed put off that we were asking for a channel change. I don't think she understands that the sports event viewing is one of the reasons people go to BWW. We are going to contact Corporate, in spite of their comment it won't matter. Not a big fan. It took forever to get my food. Plus the wings were drenched in sauce even though I asked for light sauce. I had to ask many times for my water as I don't drink alcohol or soda and my water never came. I find this sad as my husband would ask for another soda and was given them constantly and I asked for the water and they would only bring hid soda.
