Overall, pretty average Chili's with your usual Chili's interior. What sets this location apart from the other is the service. I've been here a few times to order Chili's To-Go and grab a drink at the bar while I wait. The bartender here is great. Really attentive and professional. Most people I think already know what type of food to expect from Chili's. I mainly go here when I'm in the mood for their Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich, a burger (FYI the Bacon Rancher Burger is massive, probably can feed 2 people), or the Cajun Chicken or Shrimp Pasta. I'm sure everyone has their go to items, but if you haven't tried these would recommend them. Also, the Southwestern Eggrolls or just some Chips and Salsa. This location is also pretty clean and well kept. Would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking to fill their Chili's craving. read more

The service was glacial and the food only barely edible. I ordered fajitas, which were served on a sizzle plate, with a tiny plate with the garnishes next to it. There was no plate on which to eat, and all of my efforts to attract waitstaff were ignored. I finally walked up to the hostess stand and asked the hostess for a plates, which she brought promptly. I remember when fajitas at Chili's were made from skirt steak; and tasted authentic. The ones that I received were some other, unknown cut of meat and so dry and heavily covered in black pepper that all I could taste was the pepper. The guacamole had two large brown, leathery pieces of mysterious stuff in it, so I had to ask for a replacement serving - which itself was discolored in spots. Although I flagged down the hostess again and asked her to send my waitress over to handle the situation, and I saw the hostess talk to her, the waitress felt it more important to clear the plates of a table that had finished eating before coming to talk to me. When she eventually brought the replacement guacamole, it was after a very long wait, during which the rest of my food got cold. When I couldn't stomach anymore, the waitress came by to ask if I wanted a refill on my drink, which I accepted, and I also asked for the check. The check was brought to me with a small plastic to go cup of my drink, and my plates were left in front of me. I had to pour the drink into my regular cup in order to enjoy it, which would've been easier had my dirty plates been removed, but the whole time I stayed, they sat in front of me. The waitress was a very nice, pleasant person, but the quality of the food and the speed of the service (and lack thereof) outweighed that. It had been a long time since I had been to a Chili's, and I had been looking forward to it, but after this experience I will never return to any Chili's. read more

Ok - we'll I'm not big on any chains, but small towns are limited in choices so I ended up here at Chilis. I sat at the bar, Darrick was the bartender and very pleasant and efficient. I had the Casa amigos margarita and it was on point- even tasted the tequila which is always a pet peeve and also suspicious if I don't taste anything but that awful sweet and sour mix. I had the salmon ancho and it was very good , served hot and fresh. How about that - a dinner enjoyed at a chain restaurant in a small town. Thanks Darrick for making it enjoyable! read more

On a trip from Atlanta to Sarasota and back a week later, we stopped once each direction...on purpose. Chili's is one of those chains that if you are looking for consistency on food is a safe bet, and this location did not disappoint. Is it 5 star dining, of course not, but it is hot and yummie, and blows away the chains in it's price point. The way down was a lunch meal for the 3 of us, the way back was munchies to wait out the storm, traffic, and to have a break. I'm a sucker for the chicken nachos and we all love the cheese fries, so that was the snack choice on the patio for the ride home. The cheese fries came out with very little cheese, and I smiled at our waiter (Brian, who was awesome!) and told him I was about to be a bit picky...I needed more cheese on our fave Chili's snack. He said not a problem, he'd fix it right up, and before we finished the nachos he was back with a new, perfectly covered in cheese, plate for us. The manager stopped by a few minutes later to make sure we were happy, and shared that 'ya know, I agreed with you...that was a little skimpy when I saw it - glad you're happy'. And this is why I love a good Chili's...consistency, great service, no worries. And lots o' cheese! read more

Always great food and service. The value of meal is plus also. My husband, myself and our daughter ate for $36. The staff was friendly and on top of things. They were relatively busy but the kitchen and staff handled it well. All of our food was delicious and brought to our table in reasonable time. I love Ziosk . read more

We went to this Chilis to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday since we were displaced by hurricane Mathew and her party had to be canceled. They were amazing! Our waiter Anthony had his manager run to the store to get her a stuffed animal and a card for the whole staff to sign! Then they brought it out with a molten lava cake with a candle in it! They turned around a broken hearted little girls birthday!! What a blessing! read more

Went to this Chili's location for dinner. After standing at the front for 5 minutes for a hostess to seat me in the bar area. I waited another 10 minutes and no one came and asked me what I wanted to drink or if I had been served yet. The waitress passed by me several times without saying a word. After several times of being passed over I left and will not be back. I can understand if the place is busy but they were not at all busy. read more

There were several suitable tables available, but she stated that she would come back to wipe down tables. It is a chain and I'm not a big fan of chains. The bartender Blake made me enjoy my stop and I will come back because of him. He is a very personable bartender. I'm working here in Tifton for a month, he treated me just as he treated his regulars, rambled off the specials as soon as I sat down. That's what I like when I travel someone who tells me the specials, makes a good drink and treats you like he's always known you. Kudos to Blake! I would have rated 2 stars but for the bartenders personally I voted 4 stars. read more
