Tortilla chips were burnt, spinach and artichoke dip was only half full and burnt all around the side, quest was leukwarm to cool, double crunch shrimp was dirty from old oil and soggy as could be, waitress was pleasant when available but non existent barring the fact that she never bothered to ask how I wanted my burger. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. Walked into the restaurant with maybe 5 people already inside and were told it would be at least a 10 minute wait to just be sat down. THE RESTAURANT WAS PRETTY MUCH EMPTY. Took forever to get our food and once we got it it was absolute trash. Cold, didn't taste good, not even sure if it was safe to eat. Ate maybe a third of our food then waited another 30 minutes to pay. We didn't even pay, no one was in the front and we already wasted 2 hours of our time and there was no way we were going to waste our money too so we left. Everyone in the restaurant was feeling the same, looking around for employees, and when we left another couple was waiting and we just told them to leave because the service was so terrible. Literally the worst service of my life. Can't stress how much I don't recommend eating here. Apparently there was a manager on duty but clearly wasn't present. Absolute waste of a building. Applebee's has a variety of food items on their menu. I have always enjoyed their food. I am recuperating from knee replacement surgery, so for some dinners we do carry-out to save my husband from nightly dinner duties. This evening we did a carry-out from Applebee's. My husband ordered the beef brisket quesadillas & I ordered chicken quesadillas. The food was very good though it could have been a little more hot. Unfortunately, as is many times the case with eating places, they made a mistake with the order. The order was missing chipotle lime salsa. Neither order included the salsa. My husband only received 1 container of sour cream. I received 1 sour cream & 1 ranch dressing. So aggravating! read more

The service was great, the young bartender was very kind and extremely helpful with my ridiculous requests on my order. The problem I had was that apparently my order backed up the kitchen. Now I completely understand that this is not a good thing for a restaurant. The manager on duty however, did not hesitate to reprimand the bartender. It was demeaning and hateful. Not to mention that he did so in front of customers! Don't keep the manager at 41st & Garnett, he's power hungry. The young gentleman that served us was excellent and deserves much better. After a very long time, we thought we'd give it another chance. Mistake. Service still awful. New menu items were good. We ordered the 2/$25 - husband got the bourbon chicken and shrimp, I had the crispy shrimp. Each a salad. Ordered iced tea for 2 and I ordered a margarita. We didn't seem to have a dedicated server. Two servers walking around asking customers "is this your order?" We were there about 4:30 pm for an early dinner, restaurant not busy. Finally got our iced tea, I didn't see a dedicated bartender so I never received my drink order. No salads. Our meal was good but it seemed to take forever to get served and then not getting what we ordered. Frustrating. After we sat down we seemed to fall into a black hole. Came here for a quick lunch while at a conference. My friends saved the table and already ordered when I got here. It was starting to pick up but I got here before the conference rush. Have been waiting 45 minutes for my food. People from the conference have came and gone. Worst restaurant ever! I do not recommend this place one bit. If I could leave Negative -5 stars I would! The service was so bad I thought I was on a reality show. It started off bad ever since we walked through the door. We were a party of 20 and immediately you could tell they had never had a group that big. The server told us another server would be helping him and that server just watched us looking at him from 20 feet away and he kept playing in his phone and acting like he was wrapping silverwear. It took the original server 3 times asking us what we wanted to drink in a one hour time spand. My cousin order a blended ice margarita and they gave him one on the rocks and he told them and it took them 45 mind to bring him the right one. The server handed me a lot of silverware and said pass them around. I was like are you kidding me? One of tge appetizers went tl anlther table that got there 30mins after us. Our food took another hour to come out and it was super unsatisfactory and cold. One plate had food from another plate (5 french fries in a 4 cheese macaroni?) Even the children we had was windering where their food was at, now thats bad when they had those ipad screens to play with. 3 of our guests sent the food back and refused to eat. Then the manager came out bc we requested her when they asked us how we wanted to split the bill. She was so embarassed she asked us what we wanted her to do. And we told her you do what you think is right. Again she repeated herself and said she was trained to do whatever we wanted. And we all just looked at her extremly disappointed. She she I'll figure this out and come back. We'll she ended up not charging us one cent because I guess she was so embarrassed. This place is a joke. They were over 20 servers just standing around. Oh and when she finally complained about the other server not helping he came running back in yelling what he wanted us for him to do and he said especially for you miss (which was one of our friends who got up to the bathroom who said something to the manager discretely on her way out). That was super unprofessional to call someone out like that in front of the whole restaurant. Do not go to this location!!!!! I have given this place to many chances! Applebee's has one of my favorite salads, the oriental chicken salad, but this location....always lets me down. From quality, waiting time, poor customer service. The most recent time was yesterday for Valentines! They ruined my dinner. We normally go to McGils or Te Amo for Valentines, but this year I have pneumonia & was forced to stay home. So my husband offered to go get my favorite salad from Applebee's. When he got home, It was only Salad & no chicken. Can you believe that. So disappointed! I called & the manager apologized, but I was already upset & I just went to sleep without eating. I sent my husband back the next day with the only salad container & he got his money back. I figured the manager would make another attempt to apologize, But NOPE! Came here because it was right next door to our hotel. Waited awhile to be seated for a place that had three cars in the parking lot. No one in sight that worked there the whole time we waited. People sitting at the bar told us we would be better off seating ourselves right before an employee came out of the back. Only 10 people, max, were there the whole time. The person who seated us told us our server would be right with us and disappeared to the back. Ten minutes later a manager walked by and had to serve us and we were told again that our server would be right with us. We got our drinks from the manager and 5 minutes later our server arrived telling us she and another person which we never saw would be our servers and at this point I have already drank my water and am half done with my friend's water. We got our food which was on the cold side and and we had to request silverware and that took longer than needed. And when she came back with the silverware she asked us how our food is, as she stood there with the silverware in her hand. Then we had to request a refill on water and my friend requested a second water for me because I was drinking the water faster than we were being helped. The lady looked at us like we were asking for a free meal and was totally speechless so my friend had to reassure her that it was needed and that she was serious about the request and this was not a joke. We got the second water and the lady then walked past us 5 times after I finished both waters before talking my empty glasses and not coming back with a new water until over 5 minutes later. This place was not busy at all and at this point more employees had come from the back and was helping everyone else. This lady was only serving one other table and they were served less than us. Good afternoon, really bad experience today at your this Applebee's, this is been our favorite restaurant since we moved to Tulsa, just because is a family oriented chain. we arrived at 5:30 pm finally the waiter took our order 30 minutes later, 20 minutes later brought our drinks which 2 of them were wrong, she took our order took another 30 minutes for the appetizer, then another waiter ask us if we need our bill when we told him we haven't eaten our main course yet, when finally our food arrived my sons meat was uncook ( really blood everywhere ) , the veggies didn't look fresh , they offer to bring another plate for him 30 minutes later. we end up paying almost $70 for a really bad food and a bad service,and leaving almost the management said they were lacking employees at the kitchen, but we were really disappointed today especially my son is autistic and is very hard to have him eat in a public place and been on spring break, I was really heartbroken with my favorite place to go with my kids . I will recommend to rehired trained staff and chef. I will want to go back only if your service has improved . please take my review as constructive. read more

Were too start. (5 Oclock thursday) First no one greeted my party of four at the door. When we were seated, it was a while befor any one took our drink order. I ordered a long island ice tea which took along time to make. I had to return the drink it was nothing but whisky sour mix (either it was a new bartender or they don't know how to mix drinks, I drank regular tea). Well it did't get any better from their. When the meal finally came the rare steak that I had ordered was very well done. I guess that the cook was new too.
