I would recommend getting small or medium sandwiches instead of the large. The amount of sodium in a small original is 1640 and the recommended daily amount of sodium is 2300 or below, so that leaves 660 for the rest of the day. If you are on a low sodium diet, they do have some cheese and veggie sandwiches and salads below 1,000 mg. Most restaurants put a lot of salt in their food. It's not just Schlotzsky's. My husband has to limit his sodium so we check. The service was fast and friendly, but this restaurant is lacking in ambiance. The seats in the booths are wearing out. They look bad and they're uncomfortable. They have a nice patio area where you can probably take your dog. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays pizzas are $5. Wednesdays are bogo pizza nights.

Two Cobb salads with the fried chicken and the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. Big big salads piled high with chopped fried chicken breast. Very generous with the chicken. For a fast-food salad, I don't think any franchise will beat them. Have never really cared for Chick fil-A's sandwiches. Chicken sandwich competition is fierce. A category that the small independent restaurants dominate because they are not restricted by the franchise's standards. Very high marks for the salad though.
