Dr. Mullin and his staff (starting at the reception desk) asked us to try a trial vaccine for our pup. We did and long story short he is doing better. Still not out of the woods yet but his tumor has gone away by about 90%. They were with us all the way and took exceptional care of him and checked on him the entire time. Still calling to see how he's doing. Reassuring us that he was doing well and progressing as they thought he would. I'm not sure I could have done this without Courtnee as she helped us stay so positive and just loved on him everytime we came into the office. She took my text messages days, nights and weekends to answer questions. I know this is long but I can't say enough good about this veterinary office and the staff. I have 4 pets and they take care of them all. They all get the same love and compassion when we take them in. Never rushed and always answer questions that we may have.

The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.

So, the front desk clerk (technician?) apparently went to the only doctor working that day, and the doctor said it's going to be more than 45 mins (past my appt time) -- maybe longer before I would get seen. Mind you, I arrived early and all my paperwork was complete. I told the tech that I'd go ahead and leave. They said, "Well, yes, we can make you another appointment." I said, "No, I won't be coming back here." I spent all that time doing the paperwork and packing my pet up to go to the appointment, and that's it. How would you feel if this happened to you? OK, I get it, you may have only one doctor there that day; however, you are all about texting/phoning the client, so, why didn't you give me text/call letting me know the situation (they had no shortage of people up front), and I could have rescheduled without having to go to the appointment, to only sit there all that time. My pet was in the carrier the whole time, and was more concerned about it than my time. There was no engagement with the techs up front. I had to do all the engaging and asking questions. Noone ever came to check up on me or anything until I started engaging with them (being proactive) 30 minutes into my wait. I will hopefully find a good, engaging, economical veterinarian for my pet, in the Chattanooga area. I will use Yelp to help me find the best that my pet deserves.
