From the phone call to making the appointment to walking out, the service was excellent. Dr.H and Nicole were so thorough and thoughtful. Gave options vs just jumping in to make money. Absolutely recommend if ever in need. Are cleanings emergencies?? Lol That's how much I'd love to go back. But won't be sad if I'm not. Thank you for such great care!!! Also, they do NOT take insurance BUT if you bring you insurance information, they will submit a claim for direct payment back to you.

When I arrived, there was no endodontist on staff. Instead, I was seen by a general dentist who simply told me what I already knew about my condition and was unable to provide the treatment I was scheduled for. I had already brought my own recent 3D x-rays, but they couldn't even view them and insisted on taking another x-ray that I didn't need. The most frustrating part: no treatment was done, no resolution was provided, and I was still charged $175. The entire experience felt misleading and unnecessary. I came in expecting urgent, specialized care and left feeling like I paid for nothing. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I had to cancel at the last minute and was told there would be a hefty fee and when I asked to reschedule an appointment, I was treated rudely and then given an appointment 6+ months out plus. I'm am surprised that staff person was not only red but ccondescending. I am now debating whether to go back. As a health care professional, you do not treat patients in a rude condescending manner.

It gives me no pleasure to give Dr. Perison the rating above. My initial visits to the dentist and…read morethe hygienist were overall very pleasant. I began having a number of cavities filled on the right side of my mouth in early November 2021. There was quite a bit of pain and nerve sensitivity but this was to be expected. However this did not go away after a week, and I went back in to the dentist. An assistant attempted to grind my teeth to be more even as unevenness of bite was the suspected issue - unfortunately the assistant ground my lower gum and more pain ensued. I returned again because the pain chewing on the right side and the intense sensitivity to hot and cold was intolerable. Dr. Perison recommended an Endodontis at that time, who has been working with writer since December with no results as of yet - chewing pain and instense sensitivity to hot and cold on right side continue unabated. I will not be returning to Dr. Perison's practice due to the extensive complications created by a run of the mill initial procedure.

As someone who suffers from extreme trauma as a result of more than a few horrific experiences with…read moredentists, it is, of course, important that any dentist I see is compassionate, supportive, and an effective communicator. Most unfortunately, Eddie is NOT any of this. I am new to Buffalo after moving here from Denver a mere three months ago. Knowing it was past time for me to see a dentist (along with finally securing dental insurance and the financial ability to cover any remaining cost), I made an appointment at this office based on the recommendation of both my husband (a Buffalo native) and his family. They reassured me that the "dr" was kind, caring, and compassionate, (they know my history). My first visit was for a cleaning. I met the "dr" very briefly and let him know about my extreme dental anxiety. Additionally, my husband also had a conversation with him about this. Feeling comfortable with moving forward with our relationship, I made a few future appointments to begin my dental journey. I arrived at my second appointment on Tuesday, August 26, mistakenly thinking I was to complete a second cleaning (dental anxiety prevents so many patients from receiving proper dental care). Instead, I was told that the visit was for two fillings. Understanding that I was now facing a similar experience with my past dental visits (including drilling and extractions without properly numbing to the point where I was screaming in pain throughout the process), my heart started racing, I began shaking, and knew that I was in the midst of an anxiety attack. I texted my husband, alerting him to my impending procedure. Because I believed that Eddie understood my issues, I thought that they would accommodate my needs by offering sedation (I was told my sister-in-law, who sees this "dr", is also nervous and receives sedation when necessary). At this point, I felt incapacitated to self-advocate (I was experiencing Paralysis trauma response and trusted the "dr" to act with professionalism and integrity). He, in fact, did not. His attempts to "distract" me by asking frivolous questions were laughable and insulting. I requested ear plugs, so, at the very least, the drilling sound might not affect me as much and he laughed, offering instead two sad little pieces of cotton. And so, I endured. Upon completion, I was left completely drained. Still shaking and wiping my tears, I approached the front desk to check out. The receptionist told me that my husband called upset about the "dr" not protecting me, even after knowing about my anxiety. She informed me that patients need to ask for sedation, a fact unknown to me. It was then that I realized that this "dr" did not care enough to either remember what both my husband and told him, or he truly just didn't care at all. However, because I prefer to see the good in people and believe in second chances, I told her I want to move forward and proceeded to make another appointment. Of course, I had concerns about the ineffective communication, as well as Eddie's failure to know his patients, but believed he was capable of understanding my needs for future procedures. Imagine my horror when I received, just today, a certified letter from Eddie terminating me as a patient because I "questioned his professionalism and integrity". My first response was one of dismay: was I not the one who received inadequate care, and why does my request to receive such care equate to absolving this man from his responsibilities as a "dr"? But then, I understood. Eddie may have his big fancy education and his cute little practice in West Seneca, but this does not prevent him from reacting like a hurt little boy because a grown woman dared to request adequate care. He is a sad excuse of a man, and an even sadder excuse of a dentist. Pathetic.

I'm lucky to live in the area, but would gladly travel to receive care. The office provides a clean and safe setting with the latest technology, which makes every step more comfortable. As someone who has frequent cavities due to a health condition, I keep up with regular dental visits. I feel good about the plan and schedule of services I will be receiving. Dr. Dwyer takes time to go over concerns and answers any questions patiently. I've visited a couple of other offices in the area and this is the best! Each staff member provides the highest level of customer service and skill. I am able to relax and trust that I am receiving high quality care.
