You provided all of the necessary financial data on a timely basis to the Board for their monthly reports as well as for annual audits and tax reports. You responded in a timely fashion to many questions on a wide variety of topics from Board members. Your attendance at the annual Board meeting was very helpful as well. A good example of your flexibility to respond to unexpected problems has been how you handled the snow and ice emergencies over the past few years, working closely with our subcontractors to meet the needs of members who had to get to work in the morning and providing special snow and ice removal to our handicapped members. I was also very pleased at your handling of legal issues the Board had and your interface with our attorney. Last but not least, you kept the Board "on the straight and narrow" when you felt we were heading in the wrong direction, providing advice based on your extensive experience with other Associations. The other aspect of your management was your interface directly with Association members. This involved responding to email and phone calls which covered a wide variety of issues. Your response was prompt and in the majority of cases, very helpful. You were able to keep members up to date on subcontractor services, when to expect the work to be done and what would be involved. For the last two and one-half years I have been fortunate to have been working with Applegate in maintaining and then selling my properties. Staff is always receptive and competent in resolving any maintenance issues that arise in the turnover of the apartments. I have always been treated with utmost respect and concern for my needs. I just wanted to say how pleased we are with Applegate Properties and the house we are renting-- we have been renting from Applegate since 2014-we were allowed to make some minor adjustments to the home to help me in the bathroom with my disability-and a couple other adjustments before we moved in- On their Applegate Website- I turned in a service needed form-- after the area was hit by a storm and I was contacted right away- the service for the repairs were always done in a timely manner by Knowledgeable Service team.
