I have been emailing with Mark Petrash since before the holidays. He emailed me first stating that he had found my resume online and would be interested in speaking with me. He wanted me to send a copy of my resume to him which I really didn't understand because he already had it. I let him know I didn't have access to it besides indeed and the profile I had already made on the AppleOne website and he said no worries after the holidays email me and we will set up an interview. I emailed him last Wednesday and still have not gotten a response. I don't know why these agencies waste our time like this. Don't initiate an interview with me if you don't intend to make one! I had the absolute pleasure of getting to meet with a young woman by the name of Carissa she represented her branch very well and treated me with the utmost professionalism and integrity. As I was doing a pre-interview meeting with her she had a young woman by the name of Vanessa who was shadowing her which only furthers the great opinion I have of them that they would take their training seriously enough to make sure employees have a chance to cross train and learn with applicants in real time. During my time at this branch I was received warmly and all of my processing was handled in the most timely manner possible. After meeting with Carissa I was confident that my appointment and future in a new career field would be handled with outstanding security and a genuine kindness. I have had the pleasure of working for Apple one before in the past and I can say that with the revision to their brand they've only become a bigger and better company to work under. I used to be in contact with a representative at their San Bernadino branch and was able to attend an in person navigation of the hiring process seminar that I found to be one of the most credible and helpful things in my entire professional job search history. I was recently informed that they had change the seminar to being an online webinar and it was a little bit let down only because of the in person opportunities and networking that would be missed. Well I don't even know where to start, I had a Skype interview with Sonia to talk and see my opportunities for any IT positions , and prior to the interview she had me fill out Via online paper work stating policy and procedures on performance, and professionalism keep in mind. I was scheduled for 11 am interview slot and as I waited and 11:30 am came around I called to check with Sonia in regards to my interview and come to find out she was with another person interviewing them, she kindly apologized and moved my slot to 12:00pm... I waited and waited 12:30 pm came along and still nothing so I called Sonia back and she told me she was Busy with work(talk about professionalism at its best) lady your lucky I was the professional one. I am working with Cherise Roger she was very nice and seem like she was going be on top of the ball and I was super excited which was short live, it have been 2 months and I am constantly calling her and emailing about any job opportunities and nothing she has email me one job posting and that's it.. Don't even bother using this "service". Since dealing with Shannon, I base my review on her, however I strongly believe that her attitude represents the company's beliefs as well. Shannon was all gung-ho to help me when I had a job already lined up- basically, they didn't even have to waste any energy with my placement because I found it myself! However, when the position didn't work out, suddenly Shannon's helpfulness ended. Suddenly, placing me was going to be a difficult process... Whatever. These guys suck. There is no other word for it. I had to call back 3 times (and this is over the course of 2 weeks I gave her to "get back to me") to get an interview scheduled (and I am a highly qualified candidate that they were VERY excited about when they first received my resume). Then there was no testing set up when I got there. Then, the lady calls back 3 WEEKS AFTER my interview to say she sent me an email with a link to do testing. I find no email or link for said testing in my private email or the Apple One email, because it's not there. I call them back and the receptionist could not find me by name, only by my interview date, which by this time has been weeks. So I tell her either the last week of Oct or first week of November. She finally finds me on Oct 29 and says snottily "it was October, not November". What part of "last week of October" did she not understand? So then she walks me thru where the link should be (which is where I looked before)--not there. So she sends me the link while I'm on the phone with her....I see it come in, and she then says "if it's over 3 days old it won't work". I have to tell her again that IT WAS NOT THERE; WHATEVER SHE JUST DID GOT THE LINK TO ME....(as if I was lying or lame when I could not find it the first time). And last but not least, in order to do their testing you have to download a "free version of JAVA", for which they provide a link which does not appear to be working. No bar building, nothing indicating it's doing anything, but when I go to click it again it says "setup in progress". But nothing is happening and it's been 20 minutes already. Just bad, bad, and more bad. read more

They're amazing to work with and went above and beyond to help me find a great position! I have never experienced such incompetency in all of my life. I started my very first assignment for AppleOne on a Friday and I contacted the company 5 different times to request a timecard to fill-out. But it took them a full week (until the following Friday) for them to provide it. I showed up at the office about a month prior and was instructed to complete my profile & submit my signature on electronic versions of about 20 different documents using a computer in their office. I complied. But looking back, their system must've been down because apparently none of those submissions were saved. Then I was told, after my assignment had begun, that I had to resubmit all of these e-forms again. I drove to the office and did it again along with dropping off a voided check for payroll purposes. But, again, apparently that still wasn't enough, because the next day I received an e-mail asking me to do it all over again. Which i did from my home computer. After each submission, there is an automated function that is setup to email me the wording of what i had just e-signed & so i have multiple of these emails for each of their forms. The assignment ended. The client gave me glowing reviews, but despite that, they are threatening not to pay me unless i fill-out forms yet again. It's not worth the hassle - find somewhere else - these guys are not professional at all. read more

I have to say that not sure how these staffing agencies still are in busy. They are rude , horrible and never get you a job. A big waste of time. Why not be honest from the beginning and tell you that you are not the one they are looking for the job. I wish they were more monitored and stip wasting people time. If we are going to the agency is because we are in need of a job not wasting time. I would never recommend this agency at all. The people in Ontario are horrible. Act like they are busy but ignore the applicants waiting and their questioning are bad as well. Nothing to do with the job position you are there to apply for. Apple One called me left me a message which I still have and I call back and they claim that they have no record of who would have called me. I spoke with the woman that called me Jamie and she had no idea why she had called me. I called back the next day and was told it was actually suppose to talk to Janie and same thing.
