I had my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Premium delivered from Langley to Victoria, putting my trust in Kyle Linn to deliver a vehicle with all the features he promised. That trust was a huge mistake. Kyle assured me--not once, not twice, but three times--that the van was equipped with heated seats and a heated steering wheel. After signing the papers, I quickly realized that was a complete lie. When I confronted him, he promised to have them installed. But the moment he got my money, he vanished. It's been over two weeks, and he has completely ghosted me. No follow-ups, no solutions--just radio silence. But it gets worse. He was completely dishonest about the price. When we spoke on the phone, I asked him to be upfront about all costs so I wouldn't be hit with unexpected charges. Yet, to my absolute dismay, I was gobsmacked to see an extra $4,000 added to my bill. When I told him I was frustrated and unimpressed, he offered to "make it right" by throwing in a $500 gas card. Surprise, surprise--I'm still waiting for that, too. And let's not forget the other broken promises: The van was supposed to have all-weather tires. It doesn't. It arrived with a chipped windshield and a non-functional power outlet. I was promised an extra key--still waiting. I STILL haven't received my copies of the paperwork I signed. The gas card? If I could, I would give minus 5 Stars as Willowbrook deserves it! I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought my vehicle. To begin with, Parm shafted me on the trade. Then Parm Mann told me that the New vehicle was top of the line. It was over $85,000.00 plus extended warranty, Document fee, and taxes. Total was over $95,000.00 for a basic Jeep Rubicon. As I was struggling to read the option sheet as I had left my reading glasses in the car, I had mentioned that a few times to Parm, but he forged ahead with the contract. Then after a quick test drive in which Parm never mentioned any of the features, we went inside and I was rushed into, finance manager, Jordan Rousseau's office. Jordan talked me into an extended warranty, and I signed the contract. On the way home, it was dark outside and I noticed that key safety features that my wife and I needed were missing from this vehicle. It should have had all the options at that price! After I got home, I emailed Jordan Rousseau to email the Window Sticker With all the options. When it arrived, I noticed that the high price tag was not because of all the options, but because the dealership had hidden the dealership markup of $7,700.00 plus taxes on that sheet. The vehicle itself is not fully loaded as told by Parm. I was shocked at how the dealership had not disclosed this markup on the contract as it was just part of the total price. Then there was a $895.00 Document fee on top of all that! When I emailed Jordan about this, he ignored all my further emails. I got a call from Zachary, the Sales Manager. He asked me if I told Parm to stop the interview until I got my reading glasses? I told Zachary that I kept bringing it up to Parm the I was struggling to read the paperwork, but Parm basically forged ahead. Zachary said that I am stuck with the vehicle as I had signed the contract. After several emails and texts, Zachary asked if I wanted an appointment to see the Steve, the General Manager, and Tim, the other Sales Manager? I asked Zachary if they would do anything, or were they just going to justify their position and go through the motions? Zachary said that he did not know. The same vehicle fully loaded at Go Dodge in Surrey is only $73,000.00 plus taxes with no fees. People need to steer clear of Willowbrook at all costs!!! It is little wonder that they don't advertise their prices, and don't disclose the enormous dealership markup. I have never in my life seen such an unethical dealership! Also, I have never had a dealership ignore my concerns. The service stops after you sign the contract. In addition, I noticed at least 26 complaints on Google Maps about no advertised prices and hidden dealer markup as well as poor repair service. That was just recently. There are many new and used car dealerships that will take a vehicle back if you are not satisfied. This is not the case with Willowbrook Chrysler. Once they gouge you, TOO BAD! Purchased my 2023 Pacifica Hybrid new from them in July 2023. Based on my two experiences with Willowbrook, I would not recommend their service department to anyone, try another dealership folks. Shortly after purchase I was constantly pestered to give them a rating of not less than 10/10, I never did as they were closer to a 7. I just paid 257.90 for an oil change which is absurd. I got an oil change in Arizona in Dec 2023 for $US 109 from a Chrysler dealer there. My vehicle was also brought in today as the AC was blowing only warm air. Under warranty they rectified the problem by recharging the refrigerant and telling me to monitor it. They said if there is a problem then they will have to do more comprehensive testing. Well the refrigerant leaked out once, I assume it will leak out again, apparently my time to bring the vehicle in is much less important than their diagnosis time. Good bye Willowbrook! read more

Sold them overpriced car, aggressive salespeople, kept pushing them to buy overpriced car insurance even we already said no, and only gave the customer 1 car key normally should be 2. We only found out later that the car was way overpriced than what it should be and turned out this car was sold by our salesperson's father. Go figure. What a SCAM SCAM SCAM! They promised us they would give us a second key and a year later, we still haven't heard a thing so we couldn't be bothered. NOW WE ARE STUCK! I have told them numerous times I don't own the vehicle they are wanting me to trade in or service. Additionally, they have no record of my newest vehicle purchased from them as well, with several service packages purchased with the purchase. Nothing thank you notes, no service reminders on my new purchase and no response to calls or emails. They do not seem to care about continuing to use incorrect information to harass me about a vehicle I do not own! Recently purchased a 2019 ram 3500. With 20,000kms. Upon purchase the 2020 ford explorer i was trading in. The manager told me he wouldnt be selling it on there log as its been in a accident and no longer a 5 star vehicle. Well. Its now for sale on their lot. Drove my truck from their lot to van island to find out gas leaks out of it from the gas tank being warped around the fuel pump. I filled the tank and lost about 5 dollars worth of gas on the ground at the pump. Now its day 4 and im without a truck as its at another local to me dodge dealer getting a replacement fuel tank. We contacted Tanner from Willowbrook Chrysler regarding a Ram truck he had advertised for sale on Craigslist. There was no price posted so we asked. Several days and four emails later he still wouldn't tell us the price. Just told us - "after talking personally to my manager" - he was "offering" us 299$ bi monthly. Didn't say for how long. Still no mention of the sticker price. Ridiculous. I have been in Sales myself for longer than I care to admit and the only reason why someone would dance around stating the price for days is that their price is too high. If the price is fair market value, or even below, they would be proud to post it or tell a customer. Anyway, we had enough of our time wasted and told him so. It's beyond me that some car sales people still don't understand that most sales happen now online. We've done all our research, we have driven enough Ram trucks in our life to know exactly what we want, just email me your best price and if it's fair, we'll come in, sign the paperwork and deal done. But I have no interest in spending hours at the dealer, getting the run around bs "I have to talk to my manager" and having our time wasted. Unfortunately my experience with Willowbrook was anything but good. I knew the vehicle I wanted and it happened to be at their lot. There were issues right from the beginning of purchase. I was warehoused while they did my paperwork. I didn't think it required that much as I wasn't financing and was paying with cash. Despite this, it took 3 hours to get to me. It felt like you were in a factory. They did check in a couple of times to tell me it "would be my turn next". All this despite the fact I was an easy sale for them. I had also ordered heated seats be installed in my vehicle, and they said it would take a couple weeks until they would be ready. They left a message to tell me to call with a time that works for me about 3 weeks later. I did call and left a message. I heard NOTHING until I called them 9 weeks later. I had the seats installed 9 weeks later after I had called AGAIN. Again, sat and waited for ages to have them take my keys to get started. I was told it would take about 3.5-4 hours. They dropped me off at a car rental place to get a car. That was all fine and dandy. I didn't get my call to retrieve my Jeep until approx 7 hours had passed. I wouldn't have minded had it been communicated to me. I don't live in the area and stayed on that side of the tunnel as it was probably getting busy. I had also ordered full set all weather rubber mats-including for my cargo area. I still don't have them. (Mind you, by this point I was pretty exasperated and didn't want them.) I had complained on their website and didn't hear anything right away. Then a manager called to say he'd look into it. I still haven't heard back. So basically, it seems that is them in a nutshell. One would almost argue that this may have been because I am a female. I did this all myself. Women out there: make sure you have a male to shop with you, if you should choose to shop there. Just letting you know. And yes I am sure that the majority of people on Google reviews have reviewed them with a much higher rating because they probably did. A good number of them appear to be couples. And I can see that that is completely possible as a couple of the guys at the service desk were great. Sales and management, not so much. The salesman asked me to go to Google and write a positive review on more than one occasion-texted out of no where. This was a guaranteed sale for him as I wanted that particular vehicle. By far the worst car buying experience I have had to date. I went in to look at a used car on Sunday. After negotiating a deal which included all fees and taxes, the sleazy salesperson (whose name I will always remember but doesn't seem appropriate to write it here), kept asking for more money. Finally after not bending I paid and was told I would be able to pick the car up the next day after it was detailed. I call Monday morning to see if the car could be ready by noon, the salesperson said he would call me back in 15 minutes - he never called back. I call back on Tuesday to see if I can pick the car up in the evening. The salesperson finally tells me the trust and says that the car had a lien on it which should clear later that day but he would look into it and call me back - he never called back. On Wednesday afternoon I called the salesperson and left a message to see if I could pick up the car - he never called back. So I left a message for the Sales Manager to call me back - he never called me back. Finally on Thursday morning the salesperson said the car was ready to go and I could come pick it up. I get to the dealership and the business manager tells me I put a small deposit on the car and I owe more money - she had the wrong file. After finding the correct file and seeing I had paid I transferred my insurance over and went back to the salesperson to ask about the transferable extended warranty which came with the car - he said I needed to go to Preston Chevrolet across the road and transfer it into my name. So I go out to the car and the Sales Manager is transferring my plates over. I have to wait 15 minutes while he talks to another customer while standing in front of my car and not putting the plates on. I get into the car and it had still never been cleaned inside since it was traded in; so I mention to the Sales Manager that the car is still dirty and that they had 4 days to clean and vacuum it. His response was "yeah, I guess we could have done a better job". Never once did anyone apologize. The final straw - I took the car to Preston's and tried to get the extended warranty put into my name. The business manager there told me that if it had an extended warranty it would have been void when it was traded into the dealer (apparently if it is sold privately it is not void). Then she checked and said there is no extended warranty anyways. Really not a big surprise after everything that happened but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE. read more

I wish I could give a lower star. We got one of our company trucks serviced here. We spent just under $4000 to have the truck suspensions and everything in the front re done. New ball joints, control arms, literally told them everything that needs to get fixed in the front, do it. This was in Feb 2018. We spent ton of money on parts and labor. On Thursday, while my employee was driving, his ball joint just fell off, the right front wheel just fell off and the truck was left stranded. So in 4 months, it just fell off. We run a construction business, we don't off road with our trucks, all the roads we go on are paved roads. We didn't do anything to cause this and when we called to get help, the receptionist was beyond rude. We're lucky that my carpenter was at a job in Langley and it happen to fall off while he was leaving a site so he was going 10km/hr. If he was at our other site in Coquitlam, he would be on the highway by then, going 90-100 km/hr and if the ball joint fell off then, who knows how many people would have been hurt. And now it's Sunday and they can't even tell us when it will get fixed, or what they will do to compensate almost killing my employee. Continually when we call in the receptionist is extremely rude, and they keep telling us they have to wait for the manager before they can do ANYTHING? We dropped it off Thursday, does the manager not work Friday? Or can he not be reached for an extreme case like this? We're beyond appalled by the service here at Willowbrook including their service department. Avoid getting anything serviced here if you value your life, literally. read more

The worst experience buying a $40,000 car, the vehicle was 1 year old with 24000 kms on it , nothing but problems since I've had it. 2 weeks after taking it home I needed to bring it back and had the transmission replaced (I was told it just happen to be a defect when manufactured) After getting my car back 3 weeks latter it was making rattling noises again I took it back to the dealership and they were not able to diagnose it. I left very disappointed from the dealership. I had my vehical looked at by a friend who the lifted the car on a hoist and showed me what the sound was. I went back to the dealership and physically showed them, the technician then agreed it was a shaft that was damaged at some point while installing or taking out the transmission. Again I waited over a week for the work to be done. The manager had thanked me for doing their job for them and finding the problem.....I was very unimpressed. Finally the dealership had agreed to switch vehicles for me because this car was worked on within a month of driving it off the lot and I was unhappy with a car that already was running like it was a 2005 model not 2018.... The one catch they could not find a vehicle in the same price range; the dealership wanted me to spend $20,000 more. read more

Terrible! Stay away. They will just keep replacing things without proper diagnostics and charge you for it. I am taking this company to small claims court and if you wish to as well please contact me on facebook to make it a class action. I spent over $7000 to fix my jeep for a single problem and they replaced all the wrong things and still charged me. I hate this company and they pump in more customers than they can handle so they do not even take the time to test drive your vehicle after to see if the problem is fixed. read more

This place provides the worst service ever! Joe Frye is a slippery snake in the grass, throws every warranty out there at you and doesn't come good on many of them, lost six oil changes and six tire rotations that we purchased extra and at the time I specifically asked him if these were offered from the time I purchase the vehicle or from when the vehicle was manufactured, he said from the time of purchase! The vehicle we bought was two years old so we lost two years worth of service, oh well more money in their pocket! Wanting to get some other things done before the other warranties expire and they've dropped the ball soooo many times, phone calls not being returned, no team work on getting things done, and continuously passing the buck, I am so done with Willowbrook Chrysler and their lies and empty promises that I will never refer them to anyone, nor will I ever even consider looking at another vehicle on their lot! We bought 7 vehicles at another dealership that I won't mention. But dealing with any warranty issue was a nightmare and literally caused anxiety just walking in the door. I had a serious issue that should have been covered by warranty. My friends who own Jeeps told me about the awesome service and quality that Willowbrook offered and I should go see them. I did and it was awesome!! Eveyone in the service area was friendly and smiling. I was not made to feel unwelcome. The mechanic came out with me to inspect the issue and spoke to the service personnel himself and explained what he had discovered. My Jeep was covered under my warranty, which the other dealership would have denied as they had done several times before. I dropped it off after hours as I work night shifts. I called first thing at 830 am and they already had it in the shop being worked on. By noon it was ready to go and I have my Jeep back. Thank you so much for the awesome work and speed. Dealing with you was pleasant and I def did not experience any anxiety. I'll def be dealing with you from now on for all my service work and maintenance as well as some upgrades in the future. I wish I had bought all our vehicles with you. I'll be making sure that I recommend your dealership to anyone in the future. Thank you again to all that helped us from the moment we arrived. I would never recommend these crooks if you paid me. I had bought a 2019 eco diesel, never been driven. First day driving it to work it broke down on my way home and barely made it back to the dealership, with less that 200km on it. I took it in obviously not happy about the situation I was given a hemi to get me through the rest of week while they work on it. But they gave a truck with less than 1/4 tank of fuel and my $1000 sound system that was supposed to be taken out of my trade in is absolutely no where to be seen and no one seems to know anything about it. I couldn't be more upset and angry about everything that has happened. (This is a follow now I got it back, both passager side doors are scratched bad with an even bigger one on the drivers side, now they're trying to say the wheels and tire combo on my old truck that was supposed to be matched and put on the new is not possible now I would of never made this deal if it wasn't for that I was happy with my old truck and I can't get it back now) read more

I wanted to trade in my durango for a pick up truck to lower my payments in order to buy a second property. I went in and got the truck I was looking for; however it did not come with a second key, and the headliner in the truck was filthy with black marks. I was told in April when i bought the truck I would be able to get a second key, and the headliner cleaned. It is now August and with months of back and forth with my salesman Brett, he assured me I would be able to get a key and my headliner cleaned; however I still do not have a second key, and my headliner is not cleaned and I am no longer in contact with Brett. I had a phone call for my key, and they will not accommodate my working situation in order to help get this process finished. Brett is no longer in contact about my headliner which is frustrating as the day I bought the truck he assured me that it would be taken care of the day I bought it. My truck as per our purchase agreement would have a bed liner installed and the headliner cleaned as well as the second key. I came out with a bed liner and that was it. 1 out of 3 things isn't bad right? I heard from many people thay willowbrook was not the best dealership in the customer service department, and i still gave them a shot as everyone can be a one off. However i was proved wrong, everyone i spoke to was right. I will forever regret trading my vehicle in to them amd not getting what I was assured I would. read more

For this place I would say even one star is too much. If u go there and buy a car they say they are going to follow up on the things that need to be addressed .. for instance they say they will give you things that are suppose to be included, and they never follow thru with it ... if any one would want to purchase a vehicle here I would advise u to go else where cause these people are dishonest... read more
