The service from Cindy was 5 stars, and I do believe FlexCar is actively improving and now providing 5 star service, with a very clear difference in service from a couple months ago when I purchased my truck. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them now! Update: bought truck in April. It's now July and they still haven't held up their end of the deal. No tires yet. And can't get ahold of them. They won't return texts or calls. Bought a truck from them 7 weeks ago. They still haven't held up their end of the deal by putting a new set of tires on the truck. Truck has been great, and it was a great price. Besides the tires, the biggest area of improvement would be timeliness. Two trips to their dealer to get everything dealt with and both trips spent 2-3 hours in their office.

I recently purchased a truck from them for $30,000 cash! To avoid costly financing, and was told the truck was in pristine condition "I'll be extremely happy with the purchase" within a week I found out the truck was leaking oil everywhere over my new driveway so I got it inspected Buy a licensed diesel mechanic shop And they told me that the truck repairs would be a minimum of $25,000 and that the truck should've been written off and never have been sold. They also informed me that Norman mortar group intended to hide the issues with the truck with fresh undercoating and greasing all the problem parts. Now I need to seek legal action and sue Norman Motor Group to get my money back because they refuse to cooperate and do the right thing and give me my money back. I read another review on their Better Business Bureau Account that matches mine . So this isn't the first time that they've done this to innocent, hard-working people. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. (Especially over the Christmas holidays) If you can avoid purchasing a vehicle from here, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Trust me walk away. And before they comment their general lie on this post, I have all the proof and documentation to back up my statements.
