Terry surveyed our property for a new fence and he was really helpful and explained everything! I highly recommend him!!

We hired Terry to do a new survey of our property. He seemed like a good guy and our initial communications were cordial and friendly. The day of the survey, my wife came home while Terry was beginning his survey. While my wife was parking in our driveway, she accidentally hit one of Terry's equipment storage boxes with the car. As soon as this happened, Terry flew into a rage and began to verbally assault my wife with swears and insults. Rather than behave like a professional adult and realize that it was a genuine accident, he started packing up his equipment and stormed off, proclaiming that we'd have to pay him $10,000 if we wanted him to come back and finish the job. My wife had to stay locked in her car until he left because she did not feel safe getting out. My wife called me at work to tell me what had happened and I was both livid and shocked that Terry, a grown man, would behave in such a manner. My wife and I both concede that the accident happened, was her fault, and that his equipment is expensive, but Terry's behavior was completely inexcusable. A responsible adult man does not assault and frighten a woman like this. I'm not sure if he just had a really bad day or if he's simply an emotionally volatile person. I would never recommend Terry to anyone for any service. read more

He showed up as promised, did the job and brought me the plot plan the next day and reviewed it witj me. When I had some follow-up questions he promptly returned my call and answered my questions. Do not bother calling this company. I called because I was having a fence installed in my yard and I wanted to have my property surveyed. I spoke to Terry, who assured me that he would get the work done before the date that the fence company was scheduled to start work. However, he never showed up to do the work, even after assuring me several times that he would get it done. When my husband spoke to him the day the fence was being installed, he told my husband that he was planning on coming by that afternoon to do the work. My husband told him that it was too late because the fence was already being installed. Terry then told my husband "I hope the fence gets put in the right place" and then he hung up on my husband.
