I told him and he said I will call my dad and get back to you. Thursday, Friday, Sat and Sunday go by with no contact. As I write this review it is Thursday Jan 23rd and I have heard nothing from either one of them. Needless to say, I got somebody else. I am baffled how they blew me off and wasted my time. I contacted them about a leak under my toilet. They sent a technician within a couple of days. He was polite, but it was obvious he relied heavily on his supervisor for guidance. In addition to the toilet leak, I asked for a quote to replace our water main shutoff valve, which wasn't working. They quoted $5,000 to fix the toilet leak due to an issue with the flange. Work began around 8 AM on Friday. By noon, the technician said there were complications but believed he could handle them. By 5 PM, he told us he couldn't finish the job and that it would have to wait until Monday. We have one bathroom, and now we had no working toilet. We had no choice but to get a hotel for the entire weekend. On Monday, an older plumber arrived and completed the job in just over an hour. When I called the supervisor to request a discount--given that we had to spend hundreds of dollars on a hotel because their technician left us without a functioning bathroom--he refused. He said the only way they would offer any discount was if we hired them for additional work. They also quoted $5,400 to replace the water main shutoff valve. I got a second opinion, and the new plumber told me that in many towns the shutoff valve is replaced by the town because it's on the street side of the meter. I contacted the town, and they replaced it for $140. This company consistently overcharges and shows no interest in helping customers--only in upselling and maximizing profit. Read their responses to negative reviews and you'll see the pattern clearly. Do not use this company under any circumstances!

Would not have been a big deal but on our third try with Belli, they refused to go out and get the needed part. That's standard for a plumber. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.
