Ray was very upfront about the fee he charged just to come out but also said that would be applied towards the repairs if I decided to fix it. He actually fixed our washer when he came out to diagnose it. He told us how our belt will need to be replaced. My husband asked him if he could just replace it for us. I personally didn't arrive home in time to meet Ray, but Mark did. I called Ray yesterday regarding our GE All In One washing machine that would not spin or agitate. Over the phone he mentioned that it could be the belt. We arranged for him to be here today between 3-5 p.m. He called this morning to ask about coming early, which was absolutely great! My washer was leaking water from underneath while operating and when it was stopped. I called on Friday morning for service. Ray stated it would be for the next morning between 8 and 10. In my limited DYI knowledge believed I found where the water was coming from a leaky faucet. So I called to cancel my appointment first, then worked on tightening the faucet. I then ran the washer, low and behold it continued to leak water. So it was 5 minutes before closing, I called to ask if he could place me back on the original schedule; which Ray accommodated me.
