Called Ray because my dryer was making a lot of noise when running. Ray said he would be able to come out the following day. Ray was very upfront about the fee he charged just to come out but also said that would be applied towards the repairs if I decided to fix it. Ray showed up on time and as soon as he heard the dryer said it was a bad roller. Ray had the parts with him and was able to fix the dryer fast for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I don't give 5 stars easily. However, when they are earned they are a must! My husband and I needed someone to help us fix our washer. Ray was professional, on time and honest. He actually fixed our washer when he came out to diagnose it. He told us how our belt will need to be replaced. My husband asked him if he could just replace it for us. I invited Ray out after seeing that he has nearly 5 stars on Yelp to look at our broken gas dryer that wouldn't heat up and was popping our fuse. My washer was leaking water from underneath while operating and when it was stopped. I called on Friday morning for service. Ray stated it would be for the next morning between 8 and 10. In my limited DYI knowledge believed I found where the water was coming from a leaky faucet. So I called to cancel my appointment first, then worked on tightening the faucet. I then ran the washer, low and behold it continued to leak water. So it was 5 minutes before closing, I called to ask if he could place me back on the original schedule; which Ray accommodated me.
