Traded in my Hoovers for a Bissel. Best move ever made. Although you'd never notice it Bissel has great suction power than Hoovers. I'm old school growing up with Hoover since growing up in Canada. It didn't look like what I expected a vacuum repair shop to look like. Different decorations, Marvel etc.... I was expecting to drop of the vacuum for a few days but to my surprise, they went to the back, unclogged it, replaced the belt and even cleaned the outside of the vacuum before returning it to me, all within 20 mins. They were open on Saturday which was a life saver for me. I was using my vacuum in the morning and my cord broke right where my dog had chewed on it a few days before. I tried fixing it with tape but that wasn't adequate and as I was vacuuming the part where it was chewed on burnt and just died. I was super sad cause I really like my vacuum so I searched online for a new one exactly like it but to no avail. So I found this place and it was open! I took my vacuum in for repair and Brenda asked me if I would rather purchase a Bissel for the difference of the repair. I declined but I ended up fixing my vacuum and buying the Bissel as well. Took my malfunctioning vacuum cleaner to Brenda and it was one of the best things I could have done. She explained in detail what was happening with my cleaner and what parts were needed. I expected her to tell me to come back in a week but instead she asked if I could return in an hour. I bought a Titan in the wall vacuum system. Wow the best investmenat my husband and I ever made. We have the 40ft hose and I can clean my entire house, the wall, drapes etc. It's amazing. I truly recommend this place to anyone who needs a vacuum repair or is in the market to buying another one that will last longer than the ones you buy at the big chain stores. They have all the top brands including the one seen on TV and all the ones you will get anywhere else on the market. They have new and refurbished vacuums. My Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro floor cleaner suddenly stopped working, so I called Vacuums Etc. and spoke with Brenda. She was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed what the problem may be.
