I thought this could be legit, as parts can be only sold to licensed trade workers, etc. Later that day, I found this is not true. He was extremely eluctant, and said well the 129.oo $ was serviced, but did refund the other 200 $. Which also brought the review to 2 stars. Although, it was Friday, and he said nothing until Monday. Then, Monday if I didn't hound him, he wouldn't have sent it back. He did successfully refund the money and exit text was polite. in the future, if he were to be hired, a pre work checklist would need to be fulfilled prior to giving any money for work and perhaps draft a contract.
