Nice guy at first he worked with us showed us many options my fiance even moved fridges and washing machines around for him because he asked. We told Keith what we were looking for and our price range and he offered us a really nice kitchen aid french door fridge for $600 we told him we would pay cash and we were all just chatting about it, my fiance then asked can we plug it up. He immediately got mad saying we were clearly uncomfortable there just because we asked to plug it up he started getting really angry. He said he wasant trying to be a dick but he clearly was. stated that he shouldnt have to plug it up because clearly it works because he has a store full of fridges. I think what the problem was he offered $600 and he then realized that the fridge was worth way more than that. But that is not our problem we went looking and he helped but then got extremely angry and very rude. He started to raise his voice a little and then walked off all because we asked to see if the lights in the fridge worked like WHAT!!! That is just crazy to me. So don't go asking from him to plug something up cause he will tell you that your clearly uncomfortable even though we said we weren't. He said he wouldn't sell it to us and so we left. I hope whoever goes there in the future this doesn't happen. Very unprofessional!!!

Went to pick up a firearm that I ordered through RKGuns. After more than three weeks, I called to…read moresee if it was there because I never got the email that RKGuns said that it would send me when it arrived. The person in that dept said it was there so I went the next day to pick it up. The three young guys there in that dept seemed much more interested in looking at some new pistols that they got in than dealing with my issue. It was like I was a bother. I won't go over the whole ordeal, but I wound up having to go home and come back again in an attempt to get my firearm. When I got there for the second time, the three stooges were attempting to open the safe that my gun was being kept in. They never did, at least while I was there. Again, they had absolutely no interest in me or my issue. Now I still don't have my gun and will have to go back a THIRD time if I wish to retrieve it. If I ever decide to go back there to get my firearm that I have already paid for, it will be the last time I go back.
