Both times I was contacted by a representative twice prior to my scheduled appointment to verify my appointment then again for any updates to the schedule. Both times the repair man was able arrive early. Both times the repair man was very polite and friendly. They carried booties and put them on to protect my floors. It turned out my issues were easy adjustments which was covered by the warranty.

They came to check on a refrigerator that was not cooling as a factory certified repair shop. The problem is he didn't follow all of the factory rules (calling the warranty service line,ect.) while he was here. So I've been without a refrigerator for over a month. now i have another 4th company coming out. for the same problem if Hagan would have went by the book I'd have a replacement by now

We bought a used Hobart dishwasher and we live in very rural IL. The nearest Hobart repair man was…read morein Evansville Indiana. While they were very responsive and came and checked out our equipment. It was a fuse that cost around five dollars. They stayed for three rounds to make sure that the dishwasher worked which of course when you're charging by the hour it ran the bell up so it cost us about $220 to replace a fuse. So yes we're happy that they fix the fuse and made sure that they wouldn't have to return but to pay somebody $80 while a dishwasher run for 30 minutes seems excessive.
