Both times I was contacted by a representative twice prior to my scheduled appointment to verify my appointment then again for any updates to the schedule. Both times the repair man was able arrive early. Both times the repair man was very polite and friendly. They carried booties and put them on to protect my floors. It turned out my issues were easy adjustments which was covered by the warranty.

The problem is he didn't follow all of the factory rules (calling the warranty service line,ect.) while he was here. So I've been without a refrigerator for over a month. now i have another 4th company coming out. for the same problem if Hagan would have went by the book I'd have a replacement by now

Smelled burnt wires and he kept asking what the error codes were. How can you have error codes when it doesn't turn on. He ordered a new mother board and they sent another technician out and said that the mother board was not the issue and that he needed to order another part. He ordered the part and when it came in came back and said that the warranty company ordered the incorrect part when he was the one that order it and was at my house for 4 hours to just order another part mother board and supposedly other parts. Have been without a washer for almost a month. Paid my deductible and finally was able to speak with a supervisor today and was told that they can't refund me my money or deductible because the technician said that the washer is repairable. It takes 3 technicians to come out and still don't have it fixed and all because the technician that gets paid by the hour is abusing the system so will keep coming out and blaming it on the warranty company. The warranty company is not worth a crap either, Cinch Home. Don't purchase a warranty with them and don't use Sears for any repairs. They have no idea what they are doing.
