We ordered a GE drop-in range that purported to have an Air fryer in the oven - price was around $1500.00 I was very excited to get the included air fryer basket, but alas no air fryer basket. What we got is a lovely stove, nicely installed but not what was pictured online. The price for this range was double that it should have been. I found the same model online for $800. Be sure to take a screen shot off what was being advertised. I did not take the screen shot so I have no proof that they were doing the classic 'bait and switch' and taking advantage of the pandemic. read more

I am certain that they sold me a returned refrigerator. The water flow in the door was disappointing and some shelves in the freezer weren't present in the delivery. After replacing the filter for the water, the ice maker performed much better and the water was actually quite acceptable. But now, 3 years after purchase, we're having to have the damned thing serviced for something going wrong with the blower fan. They sell crap and I'm pretty sure they're selling returned crap. read more

I'd done my research and I knew that they were the best made and I'd also previously owned them when I lived out of state and I KNEW they were built to last. I bought a refrigerator On a Friday that was going to be delivered On Saturday. Payment and delivery were paid for and cleared my account by Saturday. Saturday they called, couldn't make delivery until Monday- no problem. Saturday I made a change to my order which resulted in a refund - it's been 9 days - I'm still waiting! Amazing how they can take your money in a day but can't refund it in over a week! Left a bad taste in my mouth won't do business here again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Then he showed me how it work, and took away my old washer in no time.. I'm very satisfied. Just recently built a custom home and went through Appliance Mart for everything except our Bosch dishwasher (a brand of dishwasher they don't carry). From start to finish, I was amazed at the top-notch customer service I received. Mark Perabo was my sales rep. He was professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every single appliance I had questions about. One of the things I appreciated was that he took his time helping me and was never impatient while I went back and forth over different makes and models of refrigerators, ranges, etc. On top of that, he'd return calls when he said he would (which isn't a common thing anymore these days!) Well we have had a great experience with Appliance Mart in Corpus Christi. Our Sales Rep Mark P. was very knowledgable about the products we were looking to purchase for our new home. He took the time to understand our requirements and matched it up with the appropriate products, and made a practical suggestion regarding our wall oven and microwave that would provide for the future. The follow up customer service provided by Mark was outstanding and very much appreciated. When we had an accident and the glass shelf in the refrigerator was broken Mark worked with the folks at GE to get a replacement shelf and had it shipped to our house free of charge. Worst owner possible. I picked up a stove that I had prepaid a week before. The employee laid the stove in the back of my truck which I thought was odd cuz it clearly fit standing up. When I unloaded and unboxed it I noticed a large dent on the top of the stove. I called Appliance Mart and Matt said he will get with the owner as she usually arrives after 4pm. He called me back about 5 and said the owner doesnt believe you and you are stuck with the stove in its present condition, dent and all. I called numerous times to speak to owner and she refused to speak to me and relayed info that the stove was fine when they loaded it so it was my problem. Just for the record the stove was in a box and there was no way to tell. I called Matt the salesperson back and said I was gonna do a charge back on the credit card to get my money back as I felt I was being scammed. He told me to hold off and would talk to owner again. She refused to help me but Matt provided me with an 1800 number to Frigidaire for appliances that arrive damaged. I called Frigidaire and they are sending me a new part to replace the bent one. I will never deal with Appliance Mart again and I feel the owner cares more about making money than her customers! read more

Worst service I have ever received. They sent some shady install professional who upon installing my kitchen appliances smashed up my cabinets and walls. One of my appliances was broken and instead of replacing it like professionals, they tell me it's gonna be 2 weeks before they can send some other idiot to fix my brand new appliance. I bought a stove and said I liked top lift up and he just proceeded to have me pay for this stove, but did not tell me anything about the features the stove did not have, so am stuck with a stove I am not satisfied with. I guess they are there just to move the items and not for customer satisfaction. I phoned them and asked why they did not tell me about the features of the stove. They told me that I asked for the lift top stove and they do not tell anything else about the stove, unless the customer asked. What happen to telling the customer the whole features or no features about a item? Now days, it's the customer who needs to know everything about a item and the salesman is just there to sell you the item. I am definitely not satisfied at with this stove or the service. I got this awful stove in Corpus Christi, TX on SPID on 03/14/2019. PS If I had know about this stove, I would not have bought a top lift stove, but I was not given the information. read more

If you want guaranteed customer satisfaction, do not buy from any of the Appliance Marts. I bought a refrigerator for $2100 and it was delivered with a dent on the door and the wrong dimensions. The owner, Mrs. Floyd, initially said she would "allow" me to return the fridge and pay the difference for the one with the correct dimensions, along with an additional delivery fee. I paid another $1400 that same day. When the delivery guy arrived the next day with the new fridge, the owner told him not to release the new fridge because she now considered the 1st fridge "used". We were apparently supposed to unplug it. Additionally, since my husband signed for it in good condition, the owner (Mrs. Floyd) accused us of doing the damage ourself. She emphasized repeatedly that her people do not deliver damaged products. It took several phone calls before she would finally give me the correct fridge. She made it clear that SHE was doing ME a favor by accepting the 1st fridge. I am disgusted with the service I received from her and her employees. The salesmen (especially Tim Jones) were unprofessional and rude. It is obvious that Mrs. Floyd allows her employees to treat customers that way. They are very good at taking your money and do not tell you that returns are not allowed until after you've paid them. Please read the reviews before you walk into any of those stores.
