After reading through all of the reviews for this business, it was the negative reviews that sold me and I'll tell you why: Dmitry DOES NOT PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO HIS BUSINESS. Any business owner who will go toe-to-toe with a customer on a public platform, defending their work by stating the facts, will always get business from me. Tony came out to service our machine. I've called on Dmitry twice for repair issues with our washer and dryer on two separate occasions. I got a quick response both times. Dmitry came out the first time and one of his associates came out the second. The heat sensor in my LG dryer was replaced and has been working efficiently as is my washer. I would be very hesitant to use this company. Dimitry, the person who talked with me through Yelp, seems like he may be a scammer. I contacted them about repairing a Whirlpool fridge and was initially told they had plenty of availability the day I reached out. I then asked if there was a guarantee that came with any of the work they do. As soon as I asked about a guarantee on their work, Dimitry immediately said they no longer had any availability and that I should find some other company. I have a Thermador gas range my oven I thought was preheating, however, it never got hot. I live in Suwanee and found Dmitry. I called around 3ish pm. His phone responded with if you need service text me & he asks questions, model # etc. I did as suggested and he responsed via text within a few minutes -he magically appeared with 2 hrs with the parts necessary and my oven was & hot again. A leak in my fridge prompted me to search for repair services via Yelp. Yelp was great at helping me get quotes back from multiple providers. I settle on ARQ due to its rating on Yelp, a lower service call charge and its repair warantee. ARQ was very reponsive on yelp. In a matter of a few hours, I confirmed an appointment with ARQ , all on-line and via Yelp. Tony came out on schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue and root cause for the leak. He was honest to inform me that this is not a broken appliance, but rather a routine maintenance that I can do on my own to fix the leak. He proceeded to tell me how to perform the maintenance. He also offered to come back if it did not work, or if I find it too difficult. I performed the maintenance myself and the problem was solved. There was a service call charge, but because I did the work myself, it saved me $100+. I hope none of my appliances break down ever, but if they do, I'll be asking for Tony from ARQ again. read more

Our washing machine was leaking so we needed to figure out if it could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. I requested quotes for repairs via Yelp, and received a few responses. Dmitry was responsive and willing to help us quickly. Within a couple of days, Leon came to check out the situation. He went straight to work and was able to diagnose the issue. A part was ordered and as soon as it came in, Leon was back to fix the issue. The part itself was missing a piece (it was a bolt or something), and I think Leon felt worse about that than we did. He came back later that same evening as he was able to find the missing piece. Here's what stood out for us: 1. All of our interactions with Dmitry and Leon were professional, friendly, and direct (no upselling or over-commitments) 2. Leon wore shoe covers and a mask (this is back in February this year), and we all socially distanced as we discussed the issue with the washer 3. I don't do a lot of reviews here but this experience was worthy of more effort than I'm putting in. Truthfully, I should write some elaborate post. Simply put, Dmitry responded to my home to repair a light in one of my double ovens after others had tried only to tell me that I needed to replace the entire oven. The bulb was cracked inside of the light housing and the electronic board it was attached to, was damaged. Dmitry somehow wired the top and bottom oven lighting system to allow the use of top oven light switch to control both the top and bottom lights at the same time. Contacted at 10:30pm on Friday night. Booked 9-11am repair in the morning within 15 mins. Repair tech called me at 10 am next morning and arrived in 10 mins. Great advise and great service! He took dryer apart and my drum is cracked and I can get a new one for about the price of a new dryer. He put it all back together and it still works great just makes a noise like the drum is out of balance. Next time I won't buy a Samsung! Thanks for great service and advice! I called Dmitry on Friday afternoon because our wall oven stopped working after a self clean. He said he could come over later that afternoon or on Saturday. Not being an emergency, he came over on Saturday as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem (a blown thermostat) immediately and gave us a fair repair price. He immediately went to work. Unfortunately the electrical connection prevented the wall oven from being removed from the wall easily. Dmitry worked tirelessly to disconnect the power cable, move the oven and then repair the oven within minutes. I usually do simple repairs myself by this one would have stumped me. He disassembled the dryer, explained the issue, meticulously cleaned dryer lint from inside the machine (which he explained had contributed to the issue). He then reassembled everything and confirmed it ran. Everything sounded great to me, but he picked up on a slight noise. He seemed somewhat inexperienced in diagnosing the issues we were having with our washer.
