Bill was very professional and knew the switch on the washer door was bad before he even took it…read moreapart. All we could see wrong was the latch was broken. He fixed the latch and the door would finally close, but it wouldn't turn on. He confirmed it was the switch that tells the washer to start, so he ordered it and was back as soon as he got the part and fixed the problem. We highly recommend Bill the appliance guy to fix all our appliances, he also fixes ceiling fans and does light plumbing!
