Had a problem with my fridge (under warranty) and Nace was the outfit they sent to repair it. They called and set an appointment. Then they were on time, and quick to trouble shoot the problem. They had to order a new valve and it came in about a week later. Again, they called and came out on time and replaced the valve in 10 minutes. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. People are quick to give a negative review, but forget to give positive reviews when they are due. So, I have to give Nace a 5 star review for a great job done in a timely manner. Definitely some kind of scam with this service technician. Came late without the proper equipment and didn't seem to have any interest in fixing the problem with the refrigerator. Spent about 1 hr just doing nothing behind the fridge. He left the house and then a couple of hours later the fridge stopped working, the fridge lights started blinking and then it stopped working completely. When I called Samsung to notify about this, they told me that they couldn't get a hold on him or his office. Apparently he billed Samsung for his wonderful service in my house. Poor customer service skills from the customer service rep. Her voice tone, attitude, and overall lack of desire to help the customer were very disappointing. If you are planning to call this company for a washer/dryer stack repair, be prepared, they will only perform the repair after the units are unstacked. You will need to hire a separate appliance or moving company to unstack and restack the units. Currently pricing is approximately $250 to unstack and another $250 to restack, totaling about $500 just to remove the top dryer. There are other appliance companies that provide these services as part of the repair ticket at no additional cost to you. I tried to discuss options with the rep and was initially told they could help by the technician but later they refused and showed no willingness to assist or provide alternatives. Refrig/freezer stopped cooling. Samsung sent this company. Said that sealed cooling system needed replacing. He said he also could hear the 2 icemakers were not working. I didn't have the POP so he said the charge would be $1,600 to repair ($1030 for cooling system). He did say the cooling system had a 5 year warranty,(the refrig was 3 yrs old) and the refrigerator was only $1,500 when purchased. I got the POP and sent it to them and asked that they replace the warrantied part but not the ice makers. I don't use ice. They refused to replace the defective warrantied part unless I paid for the $600 ice makers. They simply refused to repair the warrantied part. Since they were the only Samsung Warranty Repair business, I called Samsung again but Samsung, after 6 phone calls to them, wouldn't help. I gave in to Nace's demand and had to pay for icemakers. They then replaced them along with the cooling system. I was forced to pay for something I didn't think was broken ( he said he could hear the ice makers weren't working) . If you own a Samsung product and live in the Melbourne Area you are stuck with Nace as their only Warranty repair company. I have a three-year-old 30" Smart electric wall oven Microwave Combination. The unit Magnetron is defective and needs replacement. I contacted Nace and they said it would be $105.00 and parts to repair. When I told them the parts were manufactured warrantied for 10 years, the price was now $200.00 and I would have to remove the combo from the wall and replace it after the repair. Samsung was no help and Nace did not return my call. I have had several Microwaves and a GE for as long as 19 years and it still works! I will replace the unit with another Manufacturer after checking that Nace does not do their warranty service. read more

Have a Samsung refrigerator and it started to sound weird and come to find out after the technician came to check it out, there is something going on with the motor or part of the motor. The technician stated he would order the part and set up another date and time for home to come out and complete the repair. So, the technician came back out and he ordered the wrong part and the part was used and old and box the part came in had a hole in it and the entire process was unprofessional. So now I called the office and half the time no one picks up the phone, finally able to speak to the woman that manages the office or phones and tell her what happened and asked about the $390.00 check that they cashed and she stated " well the technician has to make money and get paid" . Paul Nace came out & diagnosed my dryer problem on 6/10/25. But had to wait a week for the computer board to come in. So, he comes back out on 6/17/. Then informs me the computer board is defective. Before leaving he said he'd be back out on June the 24th. Mind you going on 3 weeks & no dryer. 24th roles around & he's a no call no show!! I've called twice & knowone picks up the phone. Or return my calls. From the reviews I've been reading. Thank God my washer/dryer combo is under full warranty. And that i didn't give him money!! And to add to the aggravation he was constantly complaining about it being in a utility shed. A shed with 4 walls & door. He acted like I was committing a criminal offense! So, Floridians beware if your the 80% that keeps your washer/dryer out in a garage, carport or shed. You'll never hear the end of it. In closing I've had to switch to another repair company. I don't understand. We had Nace Appliance Repair come out and inspect our dryer on January 23, 2025. A repair person came out to our home, he inspected the dryer, stated while he was here he was going to order parts when he got back to the office (or in his car). According to the person I spoke to today (February 24th) at Nace, she said they received a call from Home Depot Allstate Protection (the insurance plan company) on January 25th stating the parts were no longer needed and the claim was closed. There was no indication of the reason for the closing of the claim given except "they were no longer needed." The clincher is: I called Home Depot Allstate Protection (H.D.A.P.) today February 24th, they originally approved the appointment for Nace to inspect the dryer for the 23rd of January, they eventually paid them. Home Depot Allstate Protection did hear back from them for thirty days and they closed the claim. H.D.A.P. made no phone call to Nace in January regarding the claim was closed. Home Depot Allstate Protection documents all incoming and outgoing calls. I called Nace today, February 24 five times and left messages throughout the day. At this time Nace still has not returned my call and that was over three hours ago and counting. I can only figure they realize what they told me wasn't quite the factual. I contacted our Home Depot a few minutes ago to let them know of the lack of service, the error, and that we were forced to open another claim because Nace didn't contact Home Depot Allstate Protection with the repair parts, nor did they inform us of the status of the claim. Shame. May we suggest you out there you select a different repair company other than Nace Appliance Repair. If they are offered to you, well, it's your call. I wouldn't. read more

Horrible people. They came to my home on 10/21/25. They were sent by Lowe's f warranty on my dishwasher. He diagnosed it and staTed it was the circuit board and he would be back the following week with the part. Never heard back from them. finally got some one to answer the phone. the told me that my claim had been denied because I had a roach infestation that had caused my dishwasher to malfunction. What the f... got back on the phone with Lowe's warranty and they told me that this company sent them pictures of 1 roach and in order for the warranty to be covered I had to hire a professional pest control technician to come out prove that my house was not infected with roaches. Did that and provided the documents to them. Opened the claim again. lowes sent me notification that Nace would be coming ba to do the repair. Neve showed up or notified me of anything. It's been 2 weeks and still holds 34 degrees fridge and 11 degrees freezer. Never took a measurement on Freon pressure and he said it needs a compressor without any readings for $1200. Came back and said the board was bad (on-site less than 5 minutes) and denied claim because of traces that an insect was possibly present in the machine. We knew that we were taking a chance on contacting this company because of the bad reviews. We had no choice because of the limited Samsung repair dealers. Turns out to be the best decision we made. We got excellent service & good communication. When the supervisor came out the first day, he had a good idea what the problem was with our icemaker. He confirmed it & told us that the parts were expensive (not unexpected). He let us make the decision & his son came out at the appointed date (punctual) some days later (had to wait for the parts). He was able to just defrost the icemaker compartment & not the entire refrigerator (didn't know that could be done). Didn't have to move the refrigerator completely out (just far enough to unplug it briefly). Finished & waited for the temperature to regulate. He then made sure we were satisfied.
