As others have said, absolutely terrible service…read more In the course of trying to achieve a simple dishwasher repair, Tony: -Refused to answer texts or calls trying to get him scheduled for weeks on end -Sent multiple technicians that failed to diagnose the product and just left without saying anything -Came himself and failed to fix it, then didn't even bother to speak with us before leaving -Failed to answer messages or call us back when we followed up -Waited multiple weeks to even follow up with the manufacturer on the issue that he was too incompetent to solve -Failed to submit the paperwork required for the warranty replacement he claims we need because he is incompetent We have had to project manage this idiot every step of the way to get him to even do anything, and he still hasn't managed to do even a small portion of his job on any occasion. He called me back promptly and after a brief description of the issue, he said he would come take a look the following day. When he got here, he was efficient and respectful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that he needed to order a part, but would be back to fix everything as soon as it came in. It only took a day and he was back to fix the oven. Both the oven valve and ignitor needed replacing. He installed both of the new parts in a jiffy and was done within 30 minutes. His prices are also very reasonable. If your oven is acting up and you don't want to spend the $600+ for a new one, give Paul a call! I would definitely use him again.
