I was in there today they guy could not get the readings correct and the lady told him to just put in a random number and then recommend what my pool needs. I mean obviously I would not do that! It could be very dangerous to me and my children. I have also heard them saying salt water pools are useless and tried to steer a customer away from changing there pool to salt water. So sad go anywhere else!! The reality is it's not hard to care for your pool on your own don't use this place it's a total scam they have no clue!!!

They told me I had to purchase a new pool pump from them for over $3,500 after being told my existing one was a "gas hazard" and "smoking" and beyond repair. Now, as I have interviewed and met with three other local pool providers and the company that made the pump, I have learned that pump was only five months old and still under full manufacturer warranty -- something the company failed to check or disclose. On top of that, the owner, Jim, personally scheduled seven (7) separate meetings with me (some requiring my assistant to attend on my behalf since I could not be there, the most recent being all day Tuesday) and did not show up for a single one. This wasted both my time and money. When I asked for a quote to repair a chip in the pool, they refused to even provide one until I purchased the unnecessary new pump. The only positive interaction I had was with the office manager, Heather, who was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, her efforts could not make up for the company's lack of accountability. After sharing my experience, the company has not offered reimbursement or admitted wrongdoing. I am left with unnecessary costs, wasted time, and a strong sense that this business does not value honesty or customer service. I deeply value the importance of business reviews and use them myself when making a decision. I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking trustworthy pool service.

They charged me less than half of the $250.00 quote from you.

While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.

They were efficient, cleaned up after each day, and charged me a fair price on my metal roof. They also followed through with closing out the permit in a timely manner. If you need replacement or repair in your roof, these folks are honest, hardworking, and do an excellent job!!

I had talked with Ed over a year ago when first researching installing a heater, he was very helpful and took the time to talk with me even though we weren't ready to install at that time. Says a lot when someone does that. The equipment we decided on is a leader in the industry, Pools by Warren does not deal in substandard equipment, or equipment that is just OK, you get what you pay for and of course a company's reputation rests on what they install as well. The installation process was smooth enough, the plumber/installed by Jason who is just a great guy, full of knowledge didn't mind explaining everything about the unit, the process etc. Jason even helped with a new chlorinator cell. Then Jim came out and hooked up the electric, another nice guy appreciated all he did. Then Ed came out and made sure everything was completed to his expectations before giving me a tutorial on everything. He took the time to discuss the equipment and then even helped with the pool system itself. Explained all the valves, the adjustments, etc. I know more about my pool than ever, Ed and Jason are way better than Youtube thats for sure! If you need any type of pool work I strongly encourage you to give Pools By Warren an opportunity to provide an estimate you won't be disappointed.
