The worst thing was when we found out he didn't finish the repairment work (the ice maker was not working, and he was told about the icemaker issue when he started the job). When we found out this and told him, he refused to finish the work. We are going to the court with him. We are upset about Yelp to recommend this service to us. I stumbled onto 2614 Appliance Repair. They were easy to work with, and pleasant. They showed up. The Repairman came with his apprentice, so we had two people defrosting our icemaker. They also came with a device specifically designed to produce gentle steam that freed up the ice bucket. I was very pleased that the total amount for the service call was ten dollars less than just the deposit that Samsung quoted, and now we have Ice. Highly recommended
