Poor quality door finish & AWFUL customer service!…read more I've purchased a ~$3000 front entry door from the Roswell location. the weather stripping on it was cut too short by the factory and had to be replaced. when I tried to contact their "customer service", the person I spoke with (Ishio) blamed me for "not checking the door before installing it" and was unable to offer a proper solution or send someone to fix/replace it. Returning the door at this point is not an option and they know it. Their "warranty" won't cover labor required to replace it (~$160) I was told that I should get a call from the general manager Tim, needless to say no one called.

I called Plus Cabinets and asked if they replaced cabinets. The person answered yes but they were…read moreclosing and the location closest to us was already closed. He said they would stay open however if we were already on the way. It took almost a half hour for us to get there, and when we walked in with our broken cabinet, we were greeted warmly. They didn't have a replacement cabinet however, the owner, Ahmet, went outside to get some tools and came back in and proceeded to try to repair it. He did so without us asking, and did his best to help us. He then gave us instructions on how to most effectively finish repairing it. Although my current needs didn't include fully remodeling, our kitchen or bathroom that job is in scope for us in the next year and I will definitely prioritize plus cabinets doing the work. I'm always most impressed with people and places that show kindness in their delivery of service, even when there is not an expectation of payment. We will definitely be back and recommend to all of our friends.

My wife and I are renovating our basement and we came here to shop for bath fixtures and a bath tub. We met with a sales associate who was pleasant and somewhat helpful. But, I don't feel she did much in terms of service besides walking us around to the fixtures, pointing at them and, well, that's about it. We could have done that ourselves. Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

The range is incredible with gourmand, spicy, floral, fruity and woody options. Palo Alto was a favorite. The instructor made the experience even better. Her guidance was clear and hands on, and she set up a special table so we could bring our own bubbly and charcuterie. Such a thoughtful touch. We made two candles instead of one, which most places do not offer, and the customization level was far better than other studios. I also loved the option to add dried herbs and florals for extra personality. The finished candles were a great size at about 10 ounces with beautifully blended scents.
