The Mortgage Company (who hired him) would not accept his sloppy appraisal and refused to use it. Neither of us had a solid idea of what the home was worth so we agreed to split the cost of an appraisal. We found reaa online and saw all the good reviews here on yelp and made the decision to hire them. My first phone call went to voicemail but I was contacted back within the hour by Rob. He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

For weeks after this deadline, he would promise to have the appraisal to us by the next day; however now he has completely ghosted us. He will not answer his phone, return emails or phone calls. I feel forced to hire another appraiser which will be more expensive now that we are under a time crunch. Unfortunately we will be forced to file a complaint with the licensing agency as well and sue him for the return of the retainer.
