I can't say enough good things about Ranch Road Jewelry. I found them through a recommendation in my neighborhood Facebook group when I was looking for a jeweler willing to repair two of my daughter's pieces. These were not expensive items, in fact, they were cheaply made, but they were incredibly meaningful and irreplaceable, as they were gifts from her aunt who lives in another country. From the very beginning, neither the woman who helped me nor the owner hesitated or made me feel like the job wasn't worth their time. One of the pieces, a bracelet, turned out to be especially difficult to repair, but they kept working on it until they figured out a way to fix it, and they succeeded. Seeing how happy my daughter was made it all worth it. They even apologized to me for how long it took, which was completely unnecessary, as the extra time was clearly due to the care and effort they put into finding a solution. On top of all of that, their pricing was more than fair, and they even cut me a deal! Which truly felt above and beyond and completely unexpected. The customer service was exceptional. Every interaction was friendly, kind, and down to earth. I was genuinely impressed and will be recommending Ranch Road Jewelry to anyone and everyone. We worked with Ranch Road and Emerald is the associate who helped us. I actually purchased a diamond online and had it for several months before I was sure what I wanted to do. I purchased the diamond to simply upgrade my original set as I love my original set, but we just wanted to upgrade the center stone for our anniversary. It turned out to be a little more complicated than what I thought (hello! I'm no jeweler) We were upgrading from a 1ctw center stone to a 3ctw stone and after a lot of conversation, we decided it would actually make more sense to simply remake my ring. Most people would take the opportunity to design and create a new and custom ring, but I love how traditional my ring is and I've had it for 20 years. There were a few tweaks we wanted to make, and we decided to upgrade the side stones as well, and they knocked it out of the park. Disappointed in visit. Brought a specimen with a cubic (or isometric) crystal system for analysis (basically a double check) and was quickly told I had quartz (which is a hexagonal growth mineral). I explained I needed links from an older watch (30 years old) of the same style added to the replacement watch I bought on eBay. He asked me to send him a text photo, which I did, and said he had no doubt he could take care of me. I took both watches in, he gave me a receipt with a photo of both watches.
