She was great at helping to partially diagnose the issue so I invested the money in Milton's. Mike the technician arrived promptly at the time that was promised. He is extremely knowledgeable about refrigeration and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issue and then thoroughly cleaned the back section of the refrigerator. He also took precautions to protect my hardwood floor when moving the appliance and I appreciated that. The repair cost was lower than I expected.
