Years later, I took another car there which clearly only needed to have bolts put in to reattach the exhaust pipe, but Mario tried to convince me that I need two new catalytic converters. When I pointed this out to Mario, another man there said "we fix cars to last years, not months". In my experiences, the people who run this business are crooks. I see that there are a few positive reviews of this business, I do not believe they are legit. For one thing, anyone who would claim they have good prices must have never been to any other auto shop. I bought this truck in October 2020 and purchased their premium extended warranty. Now less than a year into it, the air conditioning broke which they will cover with deductible but the drivers side door panel, which was a recall item from Ford is falling apart and they won't cover it, even though I was notified about the recall only after purchasing the vehicle and the recall they say already expired. And the best warranty they offer didn't cover this defective part either. What a scam! Since it's not safety related they don't care. The real kicker is they say the door panel is $1000. Only 5% of the total cost of the car. Instead of address this recall while certifying the vehicle they go to stick it to the sucker (me in this case) who buys the vehicle. This is exactly why car dealerships have the reputations that they do. Always pulling shady practices to screw the consumer. This will be the first and last Ford I ever own!
