He said it was my water pump, and it needed to be changed. I dropped it off on Tuesday, and had it fixed by Friday, and it costed me about 200 dollars less than the other mechanic. He even dropped me off at home because it was the only car I owned. I got it back on Friday morning like he said, and now the car runs great. I would definitely recommend Schindler auto to everyone. Ended up spending a few hours here awaiting my diagnosis and tow back home with staff, Including the owners, that couldn't be any more accommodating. The diagnosis came fast, they were super courteous, and allowed me to hang around well beyond the shop closing for the day. Not a doubt in my mind that I'd return again if I were in a pinch or someone I knew needed their help.

Mike had said he worked on and I believe built rectifiers earlier in his career and was happy to rebuild if I shipped out. I took a leap of faith, partly because I had no other choice and shipped him out the rectifier. I called a week later to make sure he received. He has and said no problem, could get rebuilt would just need some time. Months went by which would usually drive me nuts but Mike answered my calls and explained each time that he made some progress and should have done on timeline we initially discussed. Long story little less long he completed the project, shipped back and did an unbelievable job. It looks and works like new, running off truck and charging batteries as it should. All the time working on it I kept asking him for an idea on cost, making sure it wouldn't be thousands. At the end of the project Mike asked for $100 and said he had a blast working on it. I probably would've been okay with five times that so needless to say was happy. Thanks Mike
