My partners alternator needed to be changed and nobody was available for the next 2 weeks and we're not from upstate we had to get back to Brooklyn by the nighttime and Tom was the only one who helped us even after his shop hours! He wanted to do everything he can to get us back to Brooklyn, after he switched the alternator for us, he also filled up our fluids just because he knew the long drive we were about to make he didn't want us getting stuck! He was the kindest man and probably has the best prices in this town, you wouldn't regret bringing your car to him. Other than fixing our problem he was a great person in general we got to know each other the few hours we were there and he is one amazing guy with such a sweet soul. I hope he gets all the business and support he deserves, also he has the cutest dogs so if you're a dog person you're in for a real treat lol

Hendricks has recently been servicing my car since my other repair person retired. Last week due to…read morethe cold weather my tire inflation warning light went off. I took it just up the street to my local repair shop because a hand injury made it difficult for me to put air in the tires. The shop was so nice, we chatted, I pet their dog, it felt good. When they pulled my car out they told me I needed an inspection (true) but that I would not pass it without new breaks (false). I took the car to Hendricks for an oil change and they said the breaks were fine for now but could be replaced when I do the next oil change in 6,000 miles. I'm a 70 year old woman. I feel more sad than angry about this experience. I'm pleased I have Hendrick to work on my car because my car dealer also pulled a similar trick with my last car. A woman friend recommended Hendricks. They are worth crossing the bridge for.
